My identical twin sister and I both wanted a face lift but wanted to be sure that afterwards we looked like ourselves, only better. Our identity was so associated with being a twin that anything that threatened how we looked might have negative results psychologically. We wanted to find a plastic surgeon that would be certain to retain our individual facial differences while still improving our appearance. After several conversations with Dr. Ridgeway, we were confident he would. And he did. We are both very, very pleased with the outcome, as well as the entire process. He is a perfectionist. No detail about the entire process was overlooked, from the patient education to the post-op follow-up. I would absolutely recommend anyone to him. He is a superb surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients. Overall rating 5 stars, including bedside manner, aftercare and follow-up, time spent with me, responsiveness, staff and payment process. Wait times were terrific.
