12 days post op

So I'm at day 12 after surgery. I'm still slightly sore but nothing that prevents me from getting up and doing things. I look at my photos and I think my day 3 photo is way better than day 12. I also know this is all part of the process and I'm just feeling a little impatient and want immediate results! I know that things are happening because my compression garment is already too big and I've had to order new ones, I keep looking at the positives.
Once I got home from Thailand the bathroom situation immediately improved, getting back on my healthy diet and fermented foods was exactly what I needed. I'm looking forward to seeing much better results with my photos in the coming weeks.

I've been through hell

I haven't updated in the last three days because I was going through the most horrifying experience of my whole life. In all the reviews I've read, all the research I have done no one ever mentioned the first poo you have after surgery. I brought laxatives thinking I might get a little constipated after surgery, but nothing prepared me for what I went through.
The day after surgery after I was discharged and went back to my hotel room, I got the urge to go. I thought this was a good thing that I didn't need to use laxatives and that my body was back into its natural rhythm... WRONG! Not only did the hard toilet seat cause excruciating pain in the back of my legs where I had two drainage points and still have stitches, but my poo had somehow turned into cement! It wasn't coming out and it couldn't go back in, I was sitting on that seat in what could only be described as corporal punishment for a crime I hadn't committed. Finally after an hour of trying I bit down pushed harder than I ever have in my life and it came out, but not before bursting a hemmaroid and causing a thrombosis. I am black and blue from my procedure, I'm still stiff and very sore but nothing compares to that pain and nothing ever will!
The last three days I've been scared to eat and petrified to go to the bathroom, it burns like acid and hasn't stopped bleeding. Luckily I brought some raw organic cold pressed coconut oil with me and I've been using that and it's slightly helped, but every time I need to go to the toilet even to pee I break out into a sweat and the fear actually makes me poo.
I'm seeing the surgeon tomorrow to have my stitches removed, I'm praying he can do something to release me from this hell!
I've got this picture from day 3 post surgery, sorry it's not the greatest it really is hard to take your own photo

Day 2 post surgery

Today is a lot better pain wise, it still hurts just not to the same extent it did yesterday and I'm able to move which is great. The surgeon came to personally remove the drainage tubes which gave me a chance to chat to him. The surgery took 6 hours because he was being thorough and wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly and according to plan. He removed 5 litres of fat wow! That's a lot of fat! I really like my surgeon he's very good at explaining the procedure, what will happen next and what I should expect in the coming weeks. It put me at ease knowing what I was experiencing was completely normal.
Once the bandages and drains were removed I was able to shower and even though I'm black and blue and swollen I can already see a huge improvement. He told me that I had excellent muscle structure under the fat and he could tell that I had worked hard at the gym, he said that my results would be fantastic if I kept improving my muscle strength. My arms are already tiny, he used the bodytite procedure on them as there wasn't much fat but there was loose skin. So far I'm very happy with the level of care I have received, the hospital even gave me a get well care package!
