I used to get teased about my nose as a kid and I've never really felt like it matched my face. I had a septoplasty to help me breath easier which my insurance helped to pay for and a rhinoplasty to make my nose smaller, straighter and the tip refined to make it overall more delicate and feminine. The insurance only covered $800 of the total cost but it was worth it anyway. I have a little chin and I like it but I know that a small chin can make your nose look large so my doctor and I agreed to some lipo under my chin to help it look more prominent without adding to it. It was like adding sprinkles to a cupcake. Why not.

4 days post surgery

Swelling is getting better but now I can feel my nerves regenerating. It feels like pinpricks. I'm not how long it is supposed to last. Today I'm able to breathe a little through both sides of my nose.

Cast off today

I had my one week post op appointment today. The cast and stitches were removed. It hurt a lot to have the stitches pulled out. It's all very sensitive.
