For pros & cons, there were a few I had. Like leakage after hearing of so many other women have. The difference between saline and silicone.And what would the sensitivity level be afterwards. With the leakage I was assured it was only in rare cases. Although silicone gives the more realistic results, I opted for saline and a much easier mind set. I was motivated as I got older and gravity hit more of the waistline, to a point most people noticed my middle first. Well that wasn't something I wanted. Even though at the time I had a decent bustline of 38B. I wanted a fuller and larger profile that that. I'm 57 years old and who wouldn't want to look younger. My goal was to have a larger bust, but not to big that you get the back problems often that accompnay that. The out come was far better Than I ever expected. Not only are very soft, but they really change the way I look.
They have changed the way others now look at me, which in turn does very much for my self asteam. And like I used to hear the other women say, If you have them, Flaunt them!

I was always araid of downtime and recovery. Grated everybody is different. My worries about that never happened. All the years I worried about that were in fact nothing. And now almost 5 months after my surgery the incisions are almost totally gone. they have started to relax and even jiggle when I walk. To say I was happy, couldn't even cover it.
