I know I said I would wait but.....

Week 3 post op is tomorrow, the time has just flown by!! No changes really in regards to how I feel about my results they are less than satisfying ,mediocre at best. I still swell up like a balloon if I have my garment off for too long, but that's no surprise and also my butt is already soft, it's been soft since the second week! There is no way he put enough fat inside my booty and it's soft in 2 weeks let's get real ladies! I was trying to be positive and not overthink it but let's get real it wasn't a good outcome and I've accepted it!! FOR NOW!! I was planning on getting a breast reduction and lift in January of 2018 and honestly it is the last time I want to go under the knife, the entire experience is nerve racking so I'm looking into going to the Dominican Republic! I'm researching doctors currently and weighing the pros and cons! If I had ever known that this would have been the outcome with Calva I would have changed my surgeon in a heartbeat! But the deed is already done and I just have to think of the next move! Thank you guys so much for the positive vibes and prayers!

My experience with Vanity/Eres/Imagenes/Jolie plastic surgery although it was bit annoying at times in terms of re-faxing information, was not that bad I wouldn't go back but like I said it wasn't terrible. Dr. Calva was super pleasant, really nice guy but I don't think he listened to me! I wanted a certain look (projection and shape were very important to me) but he didn't necessarily deliver! I'm not sure if the death in March shook his foundation a little but I'm very disappointed and if I knew this prior to my surgery date I would have switched surgeons to be quite honest with you and went with someone who was more confident and capable of delivering the results I wanted

I think you look great! You got hip action going on! Your shape looks nice. Have you took a picture of yourself from the back and did a side-by-side comparison? Did you sign the release form so the medical center can email you your before pics they took?
I think the underwhelmed tone of my review is overshadowing everything else!! I think I was looking forward to a more dramatic change so I've been concentrating on that. My shape now is 100% improved, I appreciate my shape in form fitting clothing, definitely feel more attractive and confident!! I spoke to Calva and let him know how I feel and what my concerns were, everything that I was hoping to talk to him about in post-op and my overall attitude has now changed and I hope it shows in my upcoming updates! Some people's optimal results cannot happen in one round and I may just be one of those people!
Hey Sis, I'm glad you were able to meet with him to discuss. I totally totally understand where you are coming from. I am also one of those people who didn't get the dramatic results from R1....I like good in my clothes, but don't look good in a thong. I look more dramatic if I wear a panty shaper. I love love love the fat added to my hips, so its definitely not all about the butt for me, its the overall package. It will be a few months before you see the final results.
The only reason I don't round to do a round 2 is because I don't want to look fake.

One Week post-op Daniel Calva

Disappointed and unimpressed! This really sucks I had allllll the faith in the world in Calva and I really am disappointed with the results so far! I'm scrolling on real self and seeing all these other Calva dolls and I am JEALOUS! Like what happened during surgery?! Was my skin too tight to hold any more fat?! Because Lord knows I had more than enough to fit in there? Was I not specific enough "big ole booty" was what i wanted and this isn't it!! I have a large frame! I am 6ft tall soooo was it that he wasn't used to tall girls?? I have so many questions, I didn't get to see him after surgery and I went back to the surgery center twice in the time fram i was told to return and still no Calva :( I'm going to email him shortly and again in a few weeks! I'm not sure he'll remember me particularly but I'm going to reach out and hope he can give me some sort of explanation as to why the results I wanted were not achieved!!

From what I read all the girls say the 2nd week is the worst will swelling2. I would see if he would fix it tho
I would wait longer to see better results. Talk to Calva about it later and maybe he can do something for you.
I feel the same way hun, he gave me some hips but no projection. I think ever since he had the death he's not putting enough fat back. He took out 4 L of fat from me and only put 600 cc in each check so I was a little bit disappointed with his results too.
I agree with @Guyanesegal. I think he is worried and trying to be extra cautious. You can check out my post because I actually wrote about how I emailed him and he tried to convince me out of getting fat injected in my butt and tried to convince me to just do Lipo. I'm 1 week pre op and when I go there I plan on making what I want REALLY clear. I think if you talk to your surgical coordinator and explain you told him what you wanted and he only gave you 600 cc's in each cheek they should let you do a revision with another surgeon. They will probably still charge you but it should be a discounted rate.
Girl I'm done with surgery, I'm almost 2 months post op and my belly and back swells up still. No revision for me, I'm gonna hit up the gym once I'm back to my normal self!!

I'm not doing this again!

Well I'm getting to accepting my results. I'm not really keen on doing this again. Anything more than what I had before is an improvement, so I'm gonna love the extra booty that I got! I really had little to no pain and I was definitely bracing myself for it after all the reviews I read but I lucked up! Thank heavens! Once again my only major setback was the tiredness! I had enough energy to do one task and then it's all gone! I'm going to post more details at my one week mark!

I can see improvement today. Once swelling goes down in your waist I think your booty will be much bigger. It definitely has more shape now though.

Your def looking better calva did well for bigger bottom some have to go for round two and three I think you look great for first round
I see the curves. Probably just really swollen so everything hasn't really shapes yet. I read massages will help with that. And the shaper for your booty.
