I would like a sooner date with Dr. Moises Salama. I am military and will be changing bases soon. I already have approval to have elective surgery performed at this base, and I will not have to deploy. But once I reach my new base in February, I will have to go through the process all over again and run the risk of being denied because I will be scheduled to deploy. Long story short, I am trying to get what I can before I leave this base! If someone would be happy to help, I would be happy to help monetarily. Comment or inbox me if interested.
