Hi all, I've always wanted a big butt (I have three sisters they all have ass). I was playing around a few years ago, i told my boyfriend it would be nice if i can take my stomach off and put it in the back, not knowing anything about BBL, until four or five months ago. Now i am so excited i just cant hide it.

Im having second thoughts about doing this, after reading posts off bad apples review im nervous. I wasnt at all scared it usually takes alot for me to be scared. Just yesterday I decided to write a review, I was thinking it wasnt neccessary but after seeing all the support from you ladies I think it is worth it. I hope that young lady is well. God bless us all thats going through life changing experiment. And if anyone is going to be in aventura around july 12th let me no, I need all the support I can get, dont know how to feel right now. I will have someone going with me but only for the first 3 days I will be there for 9 days total.

So i leave at 3am heading for Chicago my plane leaves at 6am and i'll make it to Fort Lauderdale at 11:30am. I'm packing light dont want to be hauling alot of stuff with me. I decided to take someone with me at first i wanted to go alone but after reading alot of reviews i changed my mind. I also decided to rent a car instead of using Larry. I'm staying at the Sleep Inn in Dania. I'm taking my gps with me i hate being lost. TTYL

Hi ladies im at the hotel now ive been running all day I had some mishaps dealing with my bank and the car rental place called dollars the agent was so rude. Oan, the weather is nice I walked a little and got tired quick and havent had my surgery yet thats a damn shame. I meet with Dr. Salama and his partner today it was nice and short. My sx is at 8:15am I must be the first of the day. Im so ready to get this over with fear havent set in since ive been here. I guess ill try to take a nap ive been up since yesterday.TTYL

Corrections on my bust measurements its 38 not 47. And the Dr. said I have a hernia (inward) he said the name but I forgot I insteadly thought there goes my sx but he said its ok he just cant be too aggressive with the lipo. He asked if I had any wish pics I told him no to just work his magic lol. Excited to the max!!!!!!!!

Im backkkkkkkkk, ive been at the hotel for over an hour the amount of blood feared me out so I called the office they assured me I was fine. Im laying on the floor until my uncle put plastic over the bed im not trying to buy them a new one. The pain havent kicked in yet just uncomfortness. I pissed all over my garment. Hi ladies today I had my first massage and boy was it painful. My next one will be weds at 9am with Eilyn shes coming to the room to do it. At 12 noon I go see the Dr, hopefully he removes my drains then becuz they are annoying. I cant wait to show u ladies pics and thanks for the support I really needed it. Hi ladies im a lil sore and tired today. This weekend was my family reunion, yes alot of people had something to say. I stood up all day for both days so im paying for it today. I had my first massage since being home it was different from the way Eilyn had done it. Ive lost some volume and it flatten at the top, but im not complaining its still too early to tell my results. My stomach is hard and lumpy, the garment is annoying I need to order a smaller size. Anyways ttyl

Hi ladies I haven't been on here in a while, but im back. I'm in the process of rescheduling my round 2 bbl surgery, we can't seem to come up with a good date that will work for me. My date is October 25th, but I start the Nursing Program in September so I need to find a day in July or August. I want a round two because one of my buttocks is flattened at the top versus the other one which is round and full. I'm hoping for better results ....other than that im pleased, I've lost 20 pounds, now im trying to keep the weight I have so I'll have enough fat for round two.......

Hey good luck! How did you bring up the issue/revision and is he giving you a discount? Did you email him and send pics? I have some area where I think he didn't lipo but I don't have the money to travel to florida and everything that goes with that.

I just told Cynthia about my concerns and she had me email my photos to her, within a couple of days she called me back and said the Dr. agreed to do my revision... i just have to pay the anesthesia fee and that's it....my lipo areas are superb.....my butt just need to be twerked a lil

You should call and see what he says and if he agrees with you you'll only have to pay for the anesthesia which is only $800 (for me )...just try it

Hey bbl sistahs! I new to the bunch. I've done research for about 8 months and I really like Dr. Salama, but his schedule is booked until May or June uggghhhh! I feel like that commercial ..."it's my money and I need it now! " what's a girl to do? Anyone with dates in Oct r Nov willing to go later let me know. Any suggestions will help.

Thanks ladies i was kind of worried about the scars on my vagina. I actually have two it looks like they tried to put it in on one side and it didnt work so they tried the other side. Hey my scar is in pubic region so you cant really see it. I'm 4weeks plus post op and it's still raised and a lil hard but I'm told eventually it will go down... Hope that helps! Happy healing.

I haven't had my BBL yet but I did have drainage from my breast reduction, yes its going to go away mine did.

Hang in there. I am post surger day 7. It is getting better each day. Although I am swollen and dont see much improvement. Make yourself comfortable.

Hey girlie it's 2 ways u can go about handeling your period and the garment. Last year when I had my first bbl my period came on too. That garment only came up to my waist and it was extra tight so I used the long overnight pads in the garment. I also wore panties under the garment with a pad but it was too much of a hassle that way especially when u have to go real bad lol
