BBL with Dr. Salama! Aventura, FL

I am thrilled with my BBL with Dr. Salama! I lost a ton of weight years ago and always had a bit of a saggy butt. I am now 2 weeks and 2 days post op and I could not be more thrilled with my results!. Not only that, the liposuction that Dr. Salama did was amazing! I wasn't that overweight and he even sourced fat from my arms to get over 1000cc per butt cheek. Usually finding fat is not not hard but he couldn't touch my thighs because the skin is already not amazing there (from the weight loss)and he didn't want to make them look worse. When I awoke I found he also did lipo on my pubic area (which was never that bad) but it made a huge difference in yoga pants where I used to get a bit of camel toe but I don't any longer. I also find I can fit into tiger pants and jeans with out getting that indentation between my legs and considering i have a much bigger butt its a big help. So if this is a problem you (and even if it isn't) make sure you request it if you have a lot of fat and are getting lipo so they don't forget. I started a review from the day of the surgery and Im going to add that part below as it adds to the narrative.

I've never minded my butt in clothes but as someone who lost 80+ pounds I definetly screwed up my figure and have extra skin. Luckily most of the weight loss was when i was young so the extra skin was not that bad. I always wanted a great butt, especiallly after seeing how much it did for people's figures. Much like how a boob job would make a person's whole shape better it seems BBL does the same for the back of the body (especially considering they do a bunch of lipo at the same time!). I went to another doctor for a consult and Dr. Salama and it was amazing how much more thorough and informative it was talking with Dr. Salama. His extensive suregry experience and honesty about prrocedures was wonderful. He did the opposite of up sell me and managed my expecations very well. He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and went of of his way to ensure I was fully satisfied with my consultation. His staff was very very friendly and they are all clearly seasoned professionals. I have my procedure today as I am a local and I told them I was available if they had a cancelation. Be warned, this doctor is booked up for 8+ months! I told them I could drop everything and come whenever, but I know thats not possble for everyone. All of the garments came included in the cost of surgery along with 2 lymphatic massages for drainage and a Boppy pillow for $8299. Unlike the other doctor I saw who seemed happy to do this while i was under just local anestetic (WHAT???) I am going under for this and I am very happy about it. So the cost of general anesthesia is included in the total as well. The surgery was performed at a surgical center and not a hospital, which was much better then a crowded hospital filled with dying patients (also you can catch stuff from sick people, look a Chloe's staph infection!). Also my significant other hates hosptials and was much happier going to the center to get me. The only downside is you need to bring your own saltine crackers for afterward (this is a joke!). The surgical center is actually really nice and in a scenic local if you are from out of town. The people who were in the room before and after I was knocked out were so nice. I also got a ton of extra time to ask Dr. Salama any last minute questions as he marked up my whole body with a marker in pattern that could be considered modern art.
