Hello BBL sisters,

A little about myself, I am a mother and a wife like many of you. I have two boys ages 13, 2. And I am a stay at home mom, which isn't always easy to do. What I enjoy during my free time is snowboarding, traveling, watching Korean Dramas, Yes I'm 4real!! Lol. Which is why I am taking Korean language classes. And I enjoy international cooking when in the mood.

Why I want a BBL, & eventually BA: When I was younger like in my twenties, I was very athletic and although I had a tiny frame with muscles, my butt was always on the small side, yet round. Well, after having my first child my butt grew like nobody business!! And I loved it!! But that azz didn't lazz!! to my surprised. Well NO MORE LADIES!! I'm getting my BOOTay!!

On the downer-side After having a difficult pregnancy with my 2nd child, my entire body just fell apart like a sack of potatoes, literally causing me to become depressed. Now don't get me wrong I know I need to eat healthier, and exercise if I want to have a long lasting banging body. So thats my current GOAL prior to surgery BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT A TT!! and from looking at my pics, I'm sure the doctor will suggest it, but honestly it's not that bad in person.

My Stats: 5'3" 177lbs of burger meat!
My goal is to be 138lbs before surgery date. Why so small, because unlike others I had a pouch at 127lbs. I have a natural tiny frame underneath all this blubber.

Ok, so I put down a deposit with Dr. Salama in June 2012 my original schedule was for March 22nd but I had to move it. Of course I wasn't thinking properly to to switch it with a RS member, as a result its schedule for Sept. Uugh!! But I'm hoping someone will cancel in June so I can go then. Well, my second plan is to go to Dr. Yily, so now I'm waiting for my quote, hoping for a June date 2013. But to be honest I need to see more of her booty work before I make a deposit. Right now I have only seen hips and thighs, so any Yily ladies out there, please show the booties. I would truly be grateful.

Help me guys!! Would you use two differ doctors to get results. I want a big butt, and a nice contour. I am torn between dr salama and dr Yily. wondering if I should use both doctors? If so, should I get butt done first or Lipo first? And how long must I wait to have a 2nd round, if need be.

AnyOne Getting BA in DR!? Or has had it done with bbl

Ok, I'm sorry I haven't put up my pics, but I'm too ashame of my body, and I am trying to lose 35 lbs. As of now I'm still heavy 177lbs, 5'3".
Well this morning my hubby told me he put 5k in my bank account for the BBL. I am soo happy be cuz he told me he wasn't going to give me any money until I lose enough weight. And that I should schedule my BBL in the Fall. Hec No!!!

On another note: I am starting to pull away form my first choice, Dr. Salama bcuz his butts don't look proportionate to ones body, And I'm afraid my butt will look fake in the end. So, now my choice of doctors are Dr. J, Dr. Perry, and Dr. Salzhuer ( spelling is off). And they cost 4k more, in addition to travel expenses. That alone may push my surgery date towards the end of the summer and I would dread if that happens!

So, what should I do?... Does anyone else feel Dr. Salama butts are getting to wide? it seems as tho he molds his butts the same on all patients. No offense to anyone who is a patient of his. I'm just wondering if my eyes are deceiving me.

My question does NOT pertain to anyone's doctor NOR any RS member. But I do wonder why some girls have more seroma problems then others, so I am trying to understand on an educated level, not by guessing.

Also, who else is getting stressed playing the BBL waiting game. I feel like I'm losing my mind that it is coming off offensive to others when it's not my intent. So, I may stop responding to blogs that aren't mine cuz clearly we can make a statement and people will mistakingly mis understand IN GENERAL that is. I mean, people aren't posting any more, afraid of their pics being stolen, or criticized....ect. DON'T get me wrong I understand how they may feel. However, It's going to happen no matter what. After all People don't have the same thoughts. And WOMEN IN GENERAL are known to be caddy creatures, we lash out over the littlest of things Unlike men. So my thought is, if everyone start removing their pics, which is a choice, what will real self BECOME!?

Because without Hardcore proof, it's just another here say ( he say, she say).

SOO MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN ALL RS members do to make everyone on board feel comfortable to share their experience/ pics instead of Running after their procedure is done??

Cuz if this happens, REal Self won't be Real no more to newcomers/ Us

THERE R MANY LADIES ON HERE I WANT TO THANK FOR BEING BOLD AND BEAUTYFUL, and I appreciate their in site on such a stressful journey towards getting a Dream BBL. Because of these Following women: FabNewMe, MadameEm, LittleBoyPink, Abettame, I'm sure there others but forgot their names sorry!

EVERY FRIDAY STARTING MAY 1st, I will log onto the board and post my weight-loss journey in detail with Pics. As I have mentioned, I am not happy with My weight and I noticed the less fat the better the results, and Healing process. Even my husband believe the more fit you are the better your end results will be. So, as difficult as it will be, I will be changing my eating habits, Drinking more water, no Soda/sugars ( I'm gonna cry), and exercise using my p90x, Turbo jam and weight lifting.

I gotta buy all my vitamins, post op workout drinks and protein mixers,. IM SERIOUS YALL!

My current weight is 177.4lbs, I just checked. My goal weight for surgery is 145-140LBS. I know that's about 32.4lbs

Now the parts of my body I want to improve before surgery is my BIG BAT arms ( I will post better pics so u guys can see what I'm Talkn about ), my cottage cheese legs, stomach ( its kinda saggy) ;( and a-little of my upper back, but not too much since its needed for my BBL. Hehee!!

If you have any suggestions ladies feel free to tell me. But please know, I'm doing all this the natural way as possible.

Ok, so my husband doesn't feel positive that I will be able to lose 30 lbs prior to surgery date. Therefor he won't budge to make an additional payment on my surgery, very upsetting. And I'm kinda scared that I wont.

So who else is trying to lose weight within three months and what are you doing?

All I know is I want to have nice results and it seems the smaller I am the better the results/ or should I say the closes I am to my ideal weight which is 130-125lbs. Right now I'm 176lbs, and I need to get to 140lbs before surgery or my husband won't pay for my surgery. Such a downer¡

Unfortunately I have another one, although its not that bad, just disappointing. I just got off the phone with my hubby and he will not be able/ chose not to give me the entire amount $$ for my surgery. Meaning I have to find a way to come up with 3.5k Otherwise my surgery won't happen until Fall. Personally, I don't wanna wait, since i wanted to recover during summer months while my teen is out of school.

For those who are paying cash, how r u saving up. Like, I thought about selling my clothing( nice quality/New), etc...on Craigslist, esty, and EBay. I was going to sell my Apple Mac OX Gen3 that I've used in college but my bfriend said not too... Has anyone tried it with success?

I'm a stay at home my with no family nearby, so I'm limited. And my hubby won't let me work until my youngest is old enough to start pre-K.

So, I went into the basement and fixed it up a bit so I can exercise. I even pulled out my heavy desk top comp and set it up on a chair( no tv in basement) so I can play my exercise DVDs. I have weights, 5lb hula hoop, dum bells, medicine Ball, pull up bar,& stretchy bands. So that should be enuff to get started. Oh! I fixed up a spot for my two yr old to play while working out. Now I need to work on improving my eating habits.

Ok, so I was on makemaeheal.com reading up on BA done by Yily, and I found a post which led to a site for Yily fans. Ok, I thought the girls site was nice but then on the left hand side, some Chica was posting Dr. Yily bank info like her bank acct# to transfer the money/bank name...., who does that. Very un safe and opens doors to HACKERS galore!!, & pay pal.....and although it may seem like a nice thing to do for those girls interested in dr.Yily, it may be putting her financial bank acct and those who are sending $$ to her in jeopardy. I think if you wana go to Dr Yily, just keep contacting her and be patient! Don't get desperate.. Anyway that's my two cent. And although I'm not going to Yily, I would hate for someone to steal my hard earn money due to personal info being shared to the world.

Well, some people may think I'm being a Looney tune, but I may be stepping down from getting BBL with Dr. Salama June 19th (nothing against doctor).


Why am I stepping down?
1. My body is not in great shape. And I know many women are concerned about having enough fat fo the grafting, but I don't wana have to try getting into shape after surgery and risk losing my new butt, Or complain about my results. Also, I wana take my time and do it Right! Cuz I'm struggling hard right now, so I don't believe I will be ready in time.

TRULY, My legs and Azz are Amess, like dimple cheese whipping!! My arms are fat ( bat wing projection) just keeping it real. So, there is no way I'm goin into surgery looking like that. Cuz when I come out, I will still have dimple cheese whipping just with a bigger butt! I mean my goal is to look good naked, not just in clothes.

2. I want a motorcycle bad! Last yr I brought a used 500 Ninja Kawasaki but I returned it to dealer ( purchased but never left the store due to adding on modifications) and used the money to take my hubby to Costa Rica. And Although we had a Lovely time on our trip, I think I would have enjoyed my motorcycle much More! I'm a Thrill seeker! Sky dive etc...

3. I am signing up for a Transformation contest on bodybuilding.com as a form of motivation. And I will have a chance to win some $$. Which could go towards my Future BBL.

So, I have a lot going on in my mind right now. And I wonder if I'm doing the right thing by stepping down. Now, that being said, I will stay to support other BBL sistas, and I will continue posting my weightloss journey until I'm ready to get BBL.

Let me add I paid my deposit last summer of $750, so my balance is $6,700. So I don't wana lose my entire deposit.

Ok, so I'm seeing chicas get there BA done with their BBLs, and I'm liking what Im seeing but I haven't seen enough. So for those out there who plan on getting their BBL and BA together who are you going to and why?

I'm not ready to get a BBL since there are soo many concerns and possibilities of needing retouches etc...although I would luv to have a bigger butt. I just plan build butt muscles...lol. That being said, I'm thinking of just getting a BA instead, knowing I will need that after losing weight.
So has any one used there deposit for another procedure? Plus I can't imagine doctor Salama saying no! When their not going to lose any money. I would find it unethical if they did, and would seek legal service if so...just saying

I will admit I've been neglecting my family/ husband every since I've started the BBL journey. So my husband getting tired of it. He told me out loud, that he wants me to pick Dr. Jimmerson and lock in my price and get off of Realself. I told him I gotta give my bbl sisters support and he said, "why Don't u give ur kids some support!" He even said, "I don't care wha the cost is just pick a doctor!" Lol.. I guess it's getting Bad Ladies!!

As of today I'm stuck on Dr Salama and Dr Jimmerson. I have already paid a deposit with Dr. Salama and I was told I couldn't make a deposit until I have Consultation with Dr jimmerson in May that is. But I wanna make sure they won't go up on prices with me, since they already gave me my quote 2months ago. Yes ladies!! This is seriously no cool at all!

What's happening in GA!? Plus I'm sorry I don't like Tinys butt, so that was never my reason for flocking his way. What I like is he produce bubbles.

I've been online and I found soMe fully furnished condos in DR but in the country side not to far from coastal area..I'm thinking of taking my kids with me on this vacation. But wonder about getting cosmetic surgery while there.
HAS ANYONE THOUGHT OF STAYING IN DR FOR A MONTH?

After conversing with my hubby, he said I can live in DR for a few months. It'll be me and my 2 yr old. While there I wana check out the doctors and see who doing there thing with the BBLs...etc. I know a family in Bani, but I want to stay closer to the city of Santo Domingo area. Plus I won't have a car. More like a bicycle witha kids seat on it. Lol.... Thinking of staying for 3 to 6 months only.

This question are fir those who live there now, what areas are safest to live in? And do u know names of some condos to consider. I don't wana b too far from grocery stores/ shops/ parks for kids. What is like to use local transportation. And r there any fun activities available for toddlers?

Ok, I've been searching around like many of you, and came across this plastic surgeon, his patients look natural nice and low TT. But more so he is board certified in DR and USA... Dr. Nelson Rubio. I'm not done researching him but wanted to pass on some info for those who may b interested. No I'm not Endorsing, nor do I know this doctor personally. Thanks

Ok, so I called my dentist in Dominic Republic and he found me a 1 bedroom with full bathroom apartment, but it has no kitchen for $125 usd A MONTH!! I may have to buy a portable stove tho. ! Yes! A friend of his owns it ..in a small safe town outside of santo Domingo. He told me I should stay there until I find what Im looking for, if need be. So I'm grateful

Why am I staying for a month be cuz I want to explore DR, and hit the coastal areas later on. My kids are coming, just something to do with them before my oldest start high school. And I want to see how quick I can learn Spanish when forced. Lol I will keep u all posted since I'm not leaving until early June. And no I have not set a sx date yet. I will do that once I arrive! So if I need to stay in DR longer I will do so. Hopefully I will find another place to rent by then with furniture. But my family r simple folks, we don't need nothing fancy. Just clean and safe.

I know I've pm a few on Dr. pantoja breast cost. But $4600 seems high just for his breast work. When his BBL is less. Also, has anyone reported losing nipple sensitivity?

Ok, so I've emailed dr Yily 2 months ago, and Dr Duran late last month. Both responded but Dr Duran suggested a TT, which I am against, mainly due to un-natural scarring. So, when a doctor suggest that soo soon I become questionable about.....anywho, I am leaning towards dr. Yily as a result but of course my husband thinks I should stick with Dr. Salama or Dr. Jimerson since I want a full projection sized booty!

I will keep working out prior to sx, cuz I don't want no TTs coming my way. Mayb a mini. But not a full TT.

This concern has nothing to with anyone in particular, but I'm started to wonder if its truly worth all the hype and temporary fame one may receive. Cuz the fame like any thing else is only temporary. I mean these doctors are making a killing giving us gurls these BBLs, which aren't always perfect nor to our likings. Only a small few come out 87%happy.

I mean, I'm not hating on a patient, nor doctor for getting filthy rich off of this temporary fix. But really, is it truly worth all the pain, dis colored skin, indentations, permanent scarring, irregular shape, blood transfusion, infections..... Hell! This is a lot of freakin money to not be guaranteed results we desire. Now I'm not talking about unrealistic dreams, but the ones the doctor promises you before you sign the dotted line. And proudly take ur money with a smile!

Yeah, a good sales pitch means Good money. Why else would customer service be important. It's in business to make money!! After all what's a business without Money!!..... Well, I don't know if I want this surgery is what I'm saying. I don't want to give away my money for something that won't last me 6 years at most. Further more I feel like a Guinea pig or more like a LAB RAT being experimented on. Soon to be! Lol...

Maybe becuz I'm getting my butt done for the wrong reasons. I mean, I'm married to a man who loves me and my body. ( before I became a phaty pooh) and why do I need attention from other men/women sexually that is, hec they won't give a sh#t about me once another Chica makes his/her Entrance. Hell! Former model, Cristina Garcia, accused a doctor in Santa Ana of deforming her buttocks in January.


CCSS treating two more cases of buttocks infections

April 12th, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) Two more patients are being treated in CCSS hospitals for infections in their buttocks after undergoing cosmetic medical procedures.



The information comes according to the chief of surgery at the San Juan de Dios Hospital, Eliezer Jimenez, after the death of a special education teacher who died on Tuesday due to complications caused by a cosmetic procedure to her buttocks, after spending 76 days in the hospital.



The latest two patients are being treated at Hospital Mexico and Calderon Guardia Hospital. Jimenez did not provide additional details on these cases, but reiterated that the situations were very similar to the one that took the life of Maidury Granados, 33, on Tuesday.



Granados’ complications began on January 9th, after she underwent a procedure to enlarge her buttocks. The procedure was performed by a person who was not an experienced plastic surgeon, at a clinic without the minimum conditions for such a procedure, according to Jimenez.



Granados was admitted to the San Juan de Dios Hospital on January 23rd, where doctors found pints of pus in her left buttock. After attempting to control the infection through drainings and other methods, doctors resorted to amputating the woman’s left leg on April 8th in an attempt to control the infection and save the woman’s life.



Nevertheless, Granados passed away on Tuesday, due to multiple organ failure, after bacteria contaminated her blood.



Francisco Segura, director of the Judicial Police, said Granados’ death is being handled as a criminal investigation.



Meanwhile, prosecutors are currently investigating three other cases of cosmetic procedures gone awry, including that of former judge, Elizabeth Tosi Vega, who died on September 23rd, 2011 due to complications from a cosmetic procedure she had performed at a private clinic in Tibas.



In January, former model Cristina Garcia accused a surgeon in Santa Ana of deforming her buttocks after injecting it with a substance. The case against the surgeon, for negligent injury, is pending in the Pavas prosecutor’s office. The clinic involved in that case was not licensed to perform such procedures, and the doctor had no specialized training in cosmetic surgery.



A doctor in Liberia is also accused of deforming a woman’s abdomen after performing a procedure to remove a scar from a previous cesarean.

Ok, so many have asked me how my losing weight progress is going. Well to be honest no soo well. LOL.. I'm cheating too much, and every time I buy snacks for my kids I whined up snacking right along with them. It's that's bad. But I do know What I need to do inorder to melt me Fat.

1. Avoid most sugars unless its from fruit
2. stay away from fast foods! Such a crime.
3.drink loads of water daily.
4.Eat healthy low fat protein ( lean meat) which I have.
Two weeks ago I visited Costco's and brought skinless chicken breast, salmon, and sweet chile mauhi fish. And then I cooked it on my George Forman grill. I used dry seasons, but sometimes I may add some wine to the mix.
5. Eat steam vegetables and sweet potatoes. Do not boil ur veggies!!
So as you can see I know how to eat healthy, I just can't avoid the extra snacking.

Oh, I'm not exercising as I should but I will start soon since I have a wonderful buddy "Nomoredisgust" helping me out. Heehee!

The desperation on this board Lately is Sickening to say the least. I'm reading women are getting infections by the high numbers, and people are afraid to point a finger at a doctor or Facility! You guys are paying thousand of dollars that many of the DR employees won't see in a month or two, and you think it's not ok to re-evaluate...

God forbid someone contracts HIV, HEPATITUS, OR Deaf!! WILL Chics continue to go to Domininc Republic...etc I won't b surprised! Sadly

I'm just saying what does it take to Wake The F#ck Up! Instead of assuming ladies who go over there, are being careless with there recovery! I'm sure their not stupid enough to spend $$$$ to come back home with infections on purpose. You girls need to stop, and face the facts of reality!

I will admit I haven't done the greatest job of losing weight in a timely manner, so that's why my surgery keeps getting moved, and my hubby wont let me until i do. But if I move it one last time, then I may not get a BBL.. It's as though I have personally lost all the Excitement I onced had in the beginning.

Now, today I went to Target and I saw this white chic..lol.. With a plump booty, and I know she didn't have no bbl, she was young. That maybe realize that I need to stop bullsh# ting around and get my booty done soon.

While I'm waiting, I keep thinking a better /less expensive doctor will appear before my eyes when I least aspect it. I guess I'm waiting for the right moment. Haahaa! Either that or I'm hoping to one day wake up with a Big Azz Booty!

I Appologize BBL SISTAS, but this is my Very Last Chance to obtain My BBL Dreams! And I ain't joking around! YES I HAVE FAILED A FEW TIMES, And I STARTED TO HATE MYSLEF for being lazy. MEANWHILE OTHER BBL sisters are making things happen.

I know I told you guys I was taking a break..lol. I meant off my blog. Hahaa! But during that time, my husband and I had a long talk about what Want out of life. And I told him I want to be Healthy and Happy like when we first met. I want to be brave and I want to follow through on self promises.

1. GOAL IS TO LOSE WEIGHT, SO FAR I only lost a 3lbs, and I'm not happy about that
2. Want my BBL before this year is out. NOW I COULD HAVE HAD MY SX THIS MARCH, THEN N JUNE. BUT I FAILED! I was not ready nor focused like many of you Gurls.
3. CONTINUE STAYING HEALTHY AND being there for my Two Kids And hubby.

So, On JUNE 5th I will be headed to Costa Rica, no more DR. I will stay a month on the CARRIBEAN side near PUERTO VIEJO for one Month! With No CAR!! My Azz will be riding my son around on a bicycle, and local transportation. And of courses walking most of the time.

YES! I'm scared, I won't lie! NO I DON'T KNOW ANYONE THERE, PERSONALLY. NOR HAVE I BEEN TO THIS LOCATION BEFORE. and my Spanish suck!!

LET ME SAY THIS COSTA RICAN TICAS HAVE PLUMP ASSES over there, and small waist. If you looking at plump Azzes all day, every day. WOULDN'T THAT MOTIVATE UR AZZ! Lol... I know it will motivate me, although its torture in away. Hahaa! I ain't no Funny Bunny.
