Finally Relieving Years of Self-consciousness! -Austin, TX

Day three! I woke up extremely swollen today, but I have no pain whatsoever. The swelling just sucks and I hate feeling this pathetic :(
I keep telling myself that it'll be worth it!

So surgery was yesterday! All was well as could be. I was in the operating room for several hours, but my surgeon said he thinks I will absolutely love it, so I'm super excited! I had some nausea and vomiting lastnight from the anesthesia, and could only keep crackers down. This morning I have a LOT less swelling, but am bruised under the eyes. Little to no pain- I've been okay with just tylenol. I have an appointment at 11:30 so he can clean me up, and I'll let y'all know how that goes!

Went to my one day follow-up! They cleaned the inside and got the blood off and such, and although it's extremely swollen, I got to see it! We had to put the cast back on, of course, but from what I saw, I love it already! :)
