I had had two other surgeries back in the 80's (rhinoplasty and septoplasty) to correct breathing problems and the surgeon who performed them actually made the problem worse. He took too much cartilage out of one side of my nose and it gradually collapsed over the years. So not only did my nose still not function properly, it didn't look normal.

Dr. Weinfeld reconstructed my nose using rib cartilage and he did a beautiful job. I can breathe now and my nose looks normal again. Thank you, Dr. Weinfeld!
