I had breast augmentation a number of years ago and have wanted a nice bubble butt for at least 3 years. Decided to go for it. After much thought decided to go for implants instead of grafting. That way I knew it would always be there. I am thrilled. I decided to go approx 1 hour away due due to dr. Ewart's experience level. I was very very nervous but it was such an easy procedure. Only difficult part is not sitting for awhile. I purchased a boppy and a bolster pillow and those are now my best friends. :-)

One important thing
Dr. Ewart offered me a shot that is new on the market that cuts the pain in the first 4 days post op. The day after my surgery I was up walking around, making phone calls, handling work stuff and didn't even take a pain pill until late that evening. On day 3-4 the shot started to wear off and I was so so thankful I had paid the extra money for it. I could tell a big difference. Well worth the approx. $400 for the shot.

Your results look amazing ! Did you just get implants are did you also have lipo and/or fat transfer ? Please add your before pics as soon as you get a chance ! : ) I just updated my page . I went for my consultation last week with the full intention of scheduling my surgery ! Unfortunately , the Dr. Told me that I'm a very hard case and referred me to Dr. Constantino Mendieta in Miami ( I think I spelled that incorrectly ) , anyways I was wondering if any of my girls out there had advice for me . I need a really excellent Dr. That does implants and fat transfer and who is closer to Louisiana than Miami . I have 3 kids so the closer I can stay to home , the better ! However, if I have no other choice the I will travel !

hey i have been in miami and most girls get bbl. I was going to get butt implants but with school I gained like ten pounds already and honestly it wasnt bad gaining the weight. I dont know why you are a "difficult" case... unless you want a super big kim k butt which may be impossible with butt implants since that will not fit and it will look pretty bad. also go to a surgeon who is very agressive with lipo. you want to be as tiny as possible.

I had implants only. Doc did lipo my flanks but none of that was transferred. Hope that helps!!!

I am 125 pounds and 5'4
I will be getting implant 500cc and up.
My doctor said I should get one size bigger of garment.
Do you feel like size small was too tight?
I was thinking of getting medium.

I am much better. I will post some pics when I return from out of town. Plane ride was 2 hours and I was able to do it without my boppy. I just got up and went to bathroom twice to not sit too long.

Finally found before pic
It took me a few weeks but I finally found a before pic. Had my check up today and everything is doing great.
