Google searched Smart Lipo, read reviews, and decided on Dr. Okoro. As a guy, looking to get Lipo or other procedures done to help with problem areas can be an overwhelming issue. However, from the moment I stepped into Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the staff there made me feel comfortable and made the whole process easy going. I have always has problem areas that always seem to be present no matter how hard I would exercise and diet. This was something I thought would be a great option if I ever had the opportunity to do so. Well such an opportunity presented itself and I was thankful that I chose Dr. Okoro. During my initial consultation, I was assessed and provided with a variety of solutions that would address my problem areas. I then was given a very competitive price quote and along with any payment options that may be available. The process was great and after much thought, I decided to get SmartLipo done on my lower abs and waistline. I ended up scheduling my procedure about 2 weeks out from my initial consultation, which was great, as I was looking to get something done rather quickly. The whole process pre op, surgery, and post op has been very streamlined and well managed. Uma and the staff answered many questions prior to the surgery and were very helpful. On the day of my surgury, I was in and out in about 4 hours. Dr. Okoro was great, efficient, and made sure to address all of the areas to completion. After surgery, I received follow up calls for a few days, from multiple staff members, which was great and really made felt taken care of. As I continue the post op process, the staff continues to monitor my progress and make recommendations as needed. They have been very helpful answering questions or taking the time to address problems (if any) that may have come about. They have been completely flexible and it felt as if they really catered their services for me. Each time I walk in the office, I am greeted by name from the staff, which is great and makes me feel as if I am not just another patient or sale. They have a very developed and streamlined process, which reflects highly on their quality of work and staff. If I had known the process would have been this easy and comfortable, I would have done this years ago. Dr. Okoro and Uma Daya were amazing and very easy to work with. The staff has and continues to be very friendly and helpful, and really made the difference on my overall experience there. The results have been great and will only continue to get better as time goes by.
