The swelling is gone and my breast have now taken the teardrop shape. I measure a 36d which is perfect for me. I am still wanting to lose 20lbs since I never achieved that before my surgery. I think it'll be important as I lose weight to add some light strength training for my upper body to keep them firm and lifted.

Progress has been great. I haven't updated my photos in a while. Just been enjoying the new me. I am able to return to my active lifestyle with no interference or problems at all. i surely don't miss zumba or step classes with my boobs punching me in the face. After my surgery, I immediately dropped about 8.5 lbs and lost 7 on my own. One thing I can say is wear a bra to bed for as long as you can. You want to keep your new babies as firm as possible for as long as possible.
I am still nursing my scars with Vitamin E oil from Whole Foods or any natural food store. I love applying coconut oil on them after a shower too. I am currently wearing bras that are a 36D. That works for me. My nipples are beautiful and my boyfriend loves them. I still occassionally get a sharp striking pain from God knows where but it lasts about 5 seconds and it disappears.
I love the fact that my breast sit high up above my waist line. I so have a more attractive silhouette now. i wear more dresses and shirts on the inside of my pants now. I have had 2 -3 f/u visits with Dr Hadeed. I always look forward to seeing him. For 20 years I dreamt of having this surgery and I just thank him so much. I have not one thing I am unhappy about.

Your breasts look fabulous and you have done a great job with the scars. I am sure you feel wonderful - well done with the weight loss. I have put on weight since setting the surgery - I think due to anxiety and being so busy. I am hoping the surgery will give me the boost I need. Happy for you!
I put on weight too. I was excited about losing the extra 8 lbs that I eventually put it back on. Now I'm on my workout plan again and I am starting to lose again.
