Brazilian Butt Lift: Stories

I had the butt lift, and lipo last week.

Pros: The outcome, nice shape, contour,nice booty
Cons: low pain tolerance after procedure

Three weeks after Lipo and BBL. Feeling much better, still have discomfort in the lower back area, and my lower sides. My lower stomach is flat as a pancake and my mid stomach is hard around my belly button , but its healing nicely. I am still wearing both garments although its been hell in this hot weather.Going for my first smoothshapes treatment tomorrow....yeah. I experierienced itching all over my body. I called the office, everyone was great answering my questions about the itching. I was told to discontinue the Percocet, and the itching went away in a few hours. I have also been using Gold Bond Lotion in the green container to help with any itching. Everyone's experience, and outcomes are different. I am extremely happy with my results so far, and have no complaints. Dr.O and his team did a great job with my procedure. I have been giving all my friends who are interested in having work done his number.

Three weeks three days postop. Had my first smooth shapes treatment three days ago. The pain was crazy,but now my stomach has shrunk..yeah!! Seeing great results,my butt is not as big as it was,but It's still cute. I got 500 ccs in each butt,and a total of 2,000ccs removed via lipo. I feel good and look amazing. Dr. O did his thing. Feeling great,It was a great day. No itching and I can now lay on my sides and booty...yeah!!!. I am so happy I didn't get a huge butt,I see all these people getting these huge bootys that look so crazy. The key is getting a nice butt and not looking ridiculous. A size 4 waist and a 16 butt looks crazy. When you get 60 you will look crazy. Proportion is the key. Now if I can just figure out how to upload pics from my phone..smh

5 weeks post op, feeling good. My midsection is still swollen on the sides and stomach. No more itching because I slather on cortisone cream in the morning and at night for the itching. I cant wait until all the swelling is gone so my stomach can be flat. Had my second smooth shapes treatment last weeka nd it makes a difference in the swelling. It makes the swelling go away within an hour, it comes back because I am still wearing my garment and stomach band which causes wringles on my sides and it swells again. Overall I have no other issues, and I am sooo very haooy with my new booty and body. 3rd smooth shapes treatment this week and I am looking forward to it.....YEAH!! Now if I cna figure out how to get these pics off my phone I can post them all.

6 weeks postop and I am feeling great, the swelling is finally going away in my stomach and sides. Not really in any pain anymore, bought 2 new garments from the garment store on sugarloaf parkway in Discovery Mills nect to books a million. They are the best!, I bought 2 3x's and now I have to return one because it seems like my belly shrunk since yesterday and now the 3x is no longer tight. I need 2X now:-) Looking forward to smoothshapes treatment this week, and I will have my doc followup also. Nothing major to report just healing nicely and I love my booty!!!lol Later BBL's.

Hey BBL's its been over a month since surgery, everything is going fine, but I felt the need to post this information because I have been getting inboxed with a myriad of questions.

1. When choosing a surgeon DO YOUR RESEARCH the Dr needs to be a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon which means he or she is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.You can check this on line at their web site. A plastic surgeon has had rigorous surgical training for a minimum of 6 to 8 years or longer after medical school. This training includes all aspects of surgery and plastic surgery. All surgeons are not created equal. Check the following before you let anyone perform surgery.

Board Certification by American Board of Plastic Surgery (do this online)
Member of American Society of Plastic Surgery (requirements beyond Board Certification)
Go to Health Grades,RateMDs, State board website to make sure that they are legit with no sanctions
Dr's outside of the US are not held to the same standards, Vacation lipo comes with complications

2. After you have found the surgeon ( at least 2 ) go get a consultation from both so that you can see the difference of opinions.

3. Do not choose a Dr because everyone is going to them ( Lipo Mill) or because they are cheaper. If everyone is going there and they are extra busy, that means that you are just a number, they will not have a 1 on 1 relationship with you. This also means that all questions, and concerns will be fielded to their assistants and staff. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. If they mess you up , its going to be hard to get another to see you because they are usually not comfortable going over someone elses mess up.

4. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have realistic expectations, your surgeon is an expert in his field, but not a MIRACLE worker.

5. When getting a BBL be realistic in your wants, Everyone does not need to know that you got work done, the key to surgery is for people to notice you lost weight, but not that you had surgery.

6. If your butt is huge at 30 when you get 60 it will be jiggly and sloppy, huge is not always better. Keep it sexy , but classy.

7. Look at Before and After photos, is there cymetry in the work completed?, are there any dents, lumps or bumps?

8. When you meet the Dr and his staff how do you feel? what is your gut telling you about them? Can you realte to them? Did they answer your questions fully? can you trust them to do the procedure If something happens ( Complication) ? do you feel comfortable that you are in good hands?

Choose wisely, these procedures are surgeries, some are major surgeries. Do not place yourself in harms way because you did not reseach. Good Luck

Going into 7 weeks postop this week. Feeling really good, my tummy and sides are still a bit swollen, but the smoothshapes treatments have been helping with the swelling. Looking forward to this weeks treatment, cant wait until all thd swelling has gone down. All of my clothes fit so differently, my butt is a 14 but my waist is a 10 so far...yeah. I couldnt ask for a better outcome, I only receved 500 cc's ber cheek but its just oerfect for me. Hate that I wasted 1000cc's but I dont think I would have wanted a bigger butt, it would have looked fake. My body is now proportioned, and I am sooo excited. Later BBL's!

Going into 8 weeks postop, my stomach , sides, and booty swole up last night, and have been hurting since? not sure why , but sleeping last night was hell. I was rubbing Arnica cream on every hour for some soothing relief. Everything is going well otherwise, smoothshapes treatment again this week. I think that I'm addicted to them, it seems like my body doesnt feel good unless I get my treatment. I guess I will be paying for a package this week, and until my swelling goes all the way down. Ok so my large garment that I have only had for like 2 weeks is loose in my midsection. It's tight in the thighs because my thighs are big, but the tummy is loose. I shoulda got the small garment per docs suggestion. I didnt want to feel like a stuffed turkey, but now I have to order another one...SMH. I am really gonna be stuffed now..lol. It's official I am 2 months PostOp, I am still swollen on my sides, back and stomach area. These areas got swollen about a week ago and have not gone back down. I am going to get my Excelis treatment tomorrow and I will be paying for additional Excelis because the results of the nefore and afters look so good. I need it all to be flat everywhere or I am going back to get smart lipo or something. I just knew everything would be flat by now, and I am feeling some kinda way about this swelling. I know my waist os much smaller because I see it in my clothes, everything is falling off of me, I have to waer a belt now which I havent worn in like 11 years..wow. I have been wearing my waist garment that I bought from the garment store in Discover Mills and its working. I bought 2 and I wear one to bed at night. Gotta get it all flat..lol..Uggh. 10 weeks post-op feeling great! still swollen in the lower back, sides, and upper and lower stomach. o big deal, just going with the flow. I have had 5 smoothshapes and 2 exilis treatements so far and its working. I so want an extra small garment to keep ,me tucked in. I may be wasting money though but I feel that I have a stomach and I do not want to have to get a revision after 6 months. What am I to do?. 3 Months Post -Op YEAH!!!!!!! just a little update. I am still swollen on the sides and my stomach. At night when I lay on my sides, it feels like my skin is streatching which hurts a bit and feels funny. No other issues to report, I have been getting my Smoothshapes and Exilis treatments, I am seeing results. I see all these people talking about how unhappy they are with their results, they wanted a bigger butt, this is wrong and that is wrong. Are you serious you had a major surgery you have the results that the Dr could only give you, and you are still complaining.. WHO DOES THAT!!...GET YOUR LIFE!!. You will never be Kim .K , Rihanna, or any of them. Please be happy with what you have. All results are different, you have to be realistic in your expectations. If you are 5'6 and 180 lbs, dont expect to look like Rihanna because ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, you have a different body type. Someone even said go to him because Dr X has celebrity status.. WTH.. Are you serious, just because he puts pics on his site with celebs doesn't mean he worked on them. Its a marketing ploy, If you think that Dr. X worked on celebrity A, he knows that you are more likely to use him just because of that. Surgery is not a popularity contest are u kidding me! The best Dr's are those who are not as notorious. They are the ones who treat you like family, who care about your outcome, who give you realistic expectations, and who tell you upfront that what you want is not realistic because your body is different. Shallow comes in all forms..SMH. I am so blessed and thankful to Dr. O, and his staff, who are like my extended family now. I am so glad that they treat everyone like family,they care about my well being, I would never use another surgeon if I ever have to get anything else done. Everyone contemplating surgery need to focus on finding a board certified Dr who cares about you, who is always available to answer your questions,before and after, who doesn't have a layer of staff you have to field your questions through, Who calls you personnaly after surgery to make sure that you are okay. If your Dr is untouchable, which means you only do a phone consult, he sees you only on the day of surgery, he doesnt call you after surgery to check on you, When he sees you at the office he doesn't acknowledge you because he doesn't even remember your name,then you were done a disservice. Well off my soapbox I go, I had to talk about the craziness Love my results, my Dr is the bomb!!!! TEAM DR. O the only way to go!!!

Got my stage 2 garment today, its tight as hell. Oh the agony but I know in the end its all good.I cant breathe...lol

Hey ladies some of you asked me to post what the stage 2 garment look like. Its below and its by Murena.

It's official I am 4 months post-op... YEAH. I am kinda sad though because I wont see my doc or the people at my docs office until January after this week Thursday. I have been getting smoothshapes and Exilis treatments in a package since July and I am so use to going there every Thursday. They are all so nice, and like my second family. I am going to miss everyone, now I am trying to see what else can I get done , just to see everyone... humph!!! ...I LOVE MY RESULTS!!!. I am still wearing my stage 2 garment, my binder, and my body magic waist cincher, and I will continue to wear all three until my 6 month checkup to make sure that I keep my hour glass shape. My experience has been really great, I have no major complaints and would do it again. I have been seeing all sorts of crazy stuff with regards to this surgery. I believe that if you are unhappy with whatever about your body, you should change it. HOWEVER I do not believe that you should live beyond your means in order to have this surgery. People need to get their priorities straight. This is not a fad and should not be treated as such. You should not be getting yourself into debt in order to have surgery, there should be some financial responsibility involved. Everyone is not able to pay cash but dont go without just to get a booty.. IJS. Well off my soapbox I go, pics will be posted later. Adios until next update BBLer's.

Ok after reading all the posts from my BBL sistas. I will not be adding any new photos especially because we cant use the delete button anymore. Who ever you were who punked and complained that we were deleting pics, you screwed yourself because now everyone's photos will be stuck in a time because we are not going to update. Now that you have screwed yourself. .enjoy time standing still...I hate snitches!!!

I will be 5 months postop this week..YEAH. I have not had any loss of volume or have any issues. I have been reading all sorts of bad stories about doctor's and their work. I must say that my doctor was upfront about what I should expect, and I didn't have any of those outrageous wish pictures . Wish pictures are just that, YOU WILL NEVER LOOK LIKE THAT! ! STOP IT!! Everyone's body type is different, the goal is to not have everyone know you had work done. A stripper booty at 30 will look dumb as hell at 50, and its gonna be saggy and sloppy at that age. While I'm on the subject why would you go into debt trying to get lipo and a bbl. .SERIOUSLY! !!. If you have challenged credit WHY would you go out looking to finance these procedures, only to fk up your credit even more. I get that everyone is not able to pay cash, but you should have more financial responsibility. If you have to save then do that. Do not finance these procedures at those ridiculous APR's. Ok lemme just touch on the folks who are biggin up these docs just on their before and after pics but HAVE NOT had any kind of surgery. Are you SERIOUS! !! These are the same docs who run what I call a BBL and Lipo Mill. The doc who does a 10 minute phone consult, or who swoops in on your office consult for 5 minutes, oh don't forget the ones who you meet shortly before surgery and after surgery he doesn't check on you, but has his staff call you..SERIOUSLY! !!. Cheaper is NOT better and I'm sick of seeing, I'm going to so and so cause he is cheaper. You get what you pay for.Its like buying a knockoff purse instead of saving for the real thing because its going to last you forever. Smh. Oh let's not forget those who are going to a doc because he has celebrity status...smh again. I saw someone recently who got work done by this doc who was on this show. The persons lipo was uneven and horrible. Haven't you wondered why they never showed this persons whole body, and only showed chest up..smh. Check the resume ask for names of random patients so that you can get the truth. My doc gives people patients to call to get their opinions. Last but not least you will not see what you look like until uou are 6 months to a year postop. Have healthy expectations, and exercise. Lipo doesn't mean u dont have to work out. You will waste money if the fat comes back. Ok off my soapbox, Don't come at me for my opinions on my blog, I would hate to have to pull out my 380 and blast dat azz. Its official I'm 6 months post op and I am truly seeing what I am suppose to look like. My stomach is still swollen by my belly button, and on the top? not sure what thats about, but I will discuss with my doc at my checkup. I have not lost any volume at all in my booty, but then again I was extra careful not to sit down so thats probably why, also because my doc put in extra to make up for anything that could have possibly been lost. I must say Dr.O did an excellnt job on my body, Ive noticed that everyone who went to him look real,they dont look fake at all and its so natural that you cant even tell they got any work done. The key to this BBL and lipo is for people to see that there is something different but they shouldnt be able to tell that you got work done. DO NOT TELL people that you had work done... WHO does that!, less is more people, that GHETTO booty that you want with and extra small waist looks FAKE nobody has that kinda shape, NOBODY is shaped like Betty Boop and as for Nikki MInaj her body looks FAKE, do not go to your doc talking about you want to look like NIkki Minaj you will look FAKE and everybody is going to know that ur AZZ is fake because Nikki got IMPLANTS not a BBL, CUT IT OUT YOU ARE PLAYING YOURSELF! Research,Research, Research your doc, do NOT look at peoples pics who just had surgery because that is not their true shape. Picsa are also faked, if you stand with weight on one side it makes your booty look bigger. Again DO NOT look at the pics of people who just had surgery as your ideal pics because its NOT their true look. ONLY look at people who are 6 months postop or more for ideas. REMEMBER that your doc is not a miracle worker if you have a square shape to begin with, you will still be boxy a bit. DO not get a BBL without getting lipo to your abs,sides and love handles. YOU look a mess with your butt done and fat in the other areas, DO NOT choose a doc because he is popular or has celebrity status, I cant say this enough. There are a lot of docs who are popular but they are jacking people up and they have to go back in 6 months to get retouched. There are also docs who are popular whos lipo suck, theyare just good at doing bootys. BE CAREFUL a BBL sister on here got messed up by a doc and now she has to pay more money to get it redone all over. BE AWARE that there are fake pics and postings, BE aware that somepeople havent even had surgery but are giving docs 5 stars. Look at peoples profile to make sure they had surgery before you take advise from them. IF you havent had surgery then you cant walk a mile in my shoes because you DO not know what I went through. My experience with my doc was excellent and I am going back to get my inner thighs done this spring before summer. Any questions feel free to inbox me...Holla!

Tomorrow 1/16/12 is my 6 months followup with Dr. O. I cant wait to see everyone. I have been suffereing withdrawal from seeing everyone every week for my massage treatments.. SMH. Theyare realky so nice, I meet ButteryflyKisses and we went out for dinner and hing out with her sister and friend. Her body looks just as natural as mine. She is smaller but her body is banging. This has been a great journey eventhough painful at times..lol. I would do it again and add my inner thighs..lol. Well I will update you tomorrow after my 6 months checkup. Peace!!

I had my 6 month Post- Op visit with Dr. O today and everything went really well. I am going back to get my inner thighs done so that I am ready for my bikini..lol. I saw all my before and after pics and let me tell you, I was a hot mess. I am going to copy and paste them here from my mytouchmd account. Every patient gets a mytouchmd account with my doc so that we can share the pics with family or whomever we want to share them with. I was speaking to the doc about the butt shots, well here is the deal. The shots are not FDA approved so if you get booty shots you will not be able to get a BBl because of the foreign material that the injected. Its not like a boob job and docs wont want to touch it because of the unknown factors of the substance. When in doubt use your own fat because it wont rejevt itself. I was so happy to see everyone and they were happy to see me. Love, Love, Love the service can't wait to get my thighs done in March. I forgot to update after my 6 month checkup last week. I had my followup and my doc was so excited about my results. He also gave me a consult for between my thighs which I am having done in March. I have no issues and no complaints, happy with my results. Stay tuned for 12 months pics.

Are there any veterans that are 6 months or more Post-Op out there? what has your experience been? I havent been seeing anyone who is 6 months or more post anymore? I love my results, and I know that I am NOT the only one. where are you'll?

Side Note: I see all thes wish pics with these video chicks who have had implants or butt shots, and superimposed pictures. People nobody is shaped like Betty Boop!, I just saw someone's 5 week post-op and she literally looks like Betty Boop, ARE YOU SERIOUS! you look crazy! what are you going to look like at 50 and 60 years old? A MESS! The key to this BBL is to look natural, nobody is suppose to know that you had surgery. Can we have some class about this surgery...sheesh! Oh did I forget to tell you to get your stomach and love handles done when you get a BBL. YOU look a MESS with a big booty and rolls on your sides. Ok off my soapbox, just had to add some comedy on this dreary day...

Just a quick update, I am fully healed and have not had any issues to date. My recovery was painful for the first 3 days, but iit was a pain that I now look back on as being worth it. Everyones experience is not going to be the same, but please go in with realistic expectations. There are people that have experienced pain, and others have not, depending on what, and how much you get done you may / or may not experience pain. Lipo is an invasive procedure which causes bruising, which in turn causes pain. DO NOT be fooled into thinking that its not gonna hurt. As you heal your skin will start to feel like its tearing away from your bones, if it doesnt you are the exception according to the amount of people who have experienced the same procedure but with pain. AGAIN have realistic expectations, OAN if you have not had surgery do not say that people are complaining because YOU HAVE NOT walked a mile in their shoes. Keep it 100% real about your experience whether it was good or bad. Going to get laser lipo on my thighs next month which will not be as painful as the tumescent lipo I got..lol. Someone asked what happened to the people who had surgery, and why they do not update any longer. Well there are some people who are busy with life, some who are unhappy with their results, and some who just came for the support through the process. Happy Recovery Everyone!

8 Months Post-Op and everything is all good. The funniest thing happened to me yesterday at the gym. I bought a large pair of spandex to work out in ( Nike)
with the matching top which fit perfectly over my booty. Well geuss what I was in aerobics class which is extra intense, how about my booty just popped right on out of those spandex over the top..Lol. I was like WTF I bought bigger spandex to accomodate my new booty, damn if my booty didn't just pop on out. Now I need to go buy extra large spandex so that my booty will stay in but now they are gonna be extra big, and my booty will still pop out!!SMH.. I thought you guys would get a kick out of that funny story.

I just updated a few pics, my booty seems to be getting bigger, not that i'm complaining..lol. It seems like the fat is going other places, my thighs are getting bigger also. Will update at my 9 month mark in a few weeks.

I just have to say this "HAVE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. .AGAIN HAVE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS! If you are 230lbs and over please do not expect to me built like someone who is 170 after. It's not realistic, doctors are NOT miracle workers. They are like artist, they can only paint the canvas they are given. Don't ask for a 1500 ccs ass because your butt may only be able to hold 700ccs. ITS NOT THE DOCS FAULT, don't blame him because your booty wouldn't accept all the fat. People going to these docs who do big ghetto azzes and minimal lipo. Now u have a huge ass and u have back fat still...WHY! The measure of a great surgeon is to be a master sculptor of your body and be able to give you a realistic booty that looks like yours. .NATURAL, shelves look FAKE..Nobody's butt looks like that! !Research before you do anything. You don't go to the Benz dealer and buy the first S500, you test drive at least 3 cars first. Same with a surgeon, revisions are not cheap, and there are no refunds. .READ your paperwork! Stay away from the BBL MILLS, if the surgeon doesn't remember you, you are just a number and $$$ to him. If you do not get a 1, 3, 6, and 12 month checkup, and they don't set up your appointment for followup.,You are just a number boo! ! That should be standard operating procedures. Your doc should be available to hear your concerns. Research! Well off my soapbox, ugg had to address this! Stay tuned for 9 month update.

Its Official, I am 9 months Post-Op, My results are still the same as they were a Month 1. Well my booty and thighs got bigger I guess because the fat cant find anywhere else to go except my booty and thighs...Crazy!! I am not complaining at all, the lipo'd areas seem to have shrunk even more. I was extra careful with booty after surgery so I didnt have any fat loss. My doc said he put in extra just in case, I was blessed to have the same shape and stuff after. I miss the girls from the old RS , there are so many chicks on here who are so disrespectful. Its the ones who havent had surgery or even posted any pics who are totally out of order. When you are on the outside looking in you cawhatever, but not until you have goder the knife, do really understand ts at hand. There will be excessive swelling from head to toe to include the vajayjay, you will feel like you did 5000 crunches, some people do not experience any pain more than likely because they did not get aggressive lipo. When you get aggressive lipo,you will be in pain because they get all the fat. I see people complaining that they either didnt get the booty they want that their lipo was not that good. WHY WHY did u not research your doc? pictures are not an indication of work! there are a lot of faked pics. if you are having lipo and bbl surgery, ask your doc for real patients to contact. They are the ones who will tell you, real patients who are 6 months or more post-op. Its easy for everyone to post pics on day 2 and everyone falls in love ,wait til they post at month 6 and then decide on that surgeon. Day 1 to month 3 you are still swollen, you wont see true results until 6 months. Get off Dr ZYZ's bandwagon until you see the pics at 6 months, this is a major surgery and should not be rushed. I just saw someones pic by this doc, her waist and bottom half looks so unreal, nobody is shaped like that,your waist ratio hangs over your legs, you look crazy!!. STOP I say STOP with these wish pictures, most of these chicks in your wish pics got BOOTY SHOTS! if you have pics of a video/stripper model wish pic, they have had BOOTY SHOTS. Your booty will never look like that, the butt shots are placed in certain areas to accentuate the waist and then they plump up the butt from there. nobody is a 25 waist and a 40 ass. It's unrealistic. STOP IT! OAN: we veterans stay on here because we want to help others who may have questions. Someone said we should be out shopping for new clothes or whatever.. ARE YOU SERIOUS! if there are no veterans past 6 months who would you ask questions, who would give the real truth? I post because I hope that my journey helps someone who wants surgery or is a comfort and a real to someone else going through the process. Pictures to follow sits going to be a weekend. Hola Chicas!! Well I popped on to just vent about some of your peoples!!!lol. OKAY let me start by saying that if you are not at least 6 months post ,your results can change. YES MAAM, you results can change. Most docs giv you more fat so that when , and if you lose the 20-30% you will be good. There is always a chance that your butt will go down. I am really disliking the folks who just had surgery and havent even reached 4 months and touting results.. Baby until you are stable anything can happen, cut it out for real.Oh lets not forget the chicks that just had surgery and talkng about its peoples fault that they didnt have good results... ummm really!!! There are so many ladies on here who did everything right to the letter and still had bad results. it is idiotic for you to even say that when you have no clue. Lets see where you are in 6 months since you talking..let's see ROUND 2 that you gonna keep quiet and fake like you didnt get...smh. Not all doctors are created equal and not everyones results will be the same so be blessed and happy that you have great results so far, dont brag about it because whe you do that karma always has a way of sticking you in your gut! Anywhoooo!! I am a vet and i'm almost a year post, I update because people need to know the real not the fake. I love my results and I am blessed to look like that video chick, but I am humble in all that I do. OAN: if you are going to get your BBL.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get your other areas lipo'd, you look crazy with an azz and fat everywhere else. Not all docs specialize in aggressive lipo so if you want to be sculpted to the gods, then you need to make sure that the doc is aggressive enough. A big azz and fat rolls looks a hot mess!.. Ok off my soapbox for the day, a hit dog will holla , this aint never personal, just 100 REAL. Imma always rep for the realness!!!

Omg its amazing what you find out about people who are posting...Mouth open in shock at some of this stuff. SMH!!Do people even click on the people commenting? All I can say is wow!

I got this surgery to be in proportion since I am 5'8 and 175, also because In my profession, appearance can either make or break a deal. I wanted to look better in my clothes. I only wear tight clothing to work out or to play tennis. As you can see I am completely flat ( yeah I know you were secretly wishing I wasnt). Catch how you throw shade!! If you need clarity about what you though was said,be bout it, and inbox me for clarity because clearly reading isnt fundamental. I work out 2 times a day 5 days a week, at 5am and 6pm, I jump rope for 5 minutes, Do 50 crunches per workout, 50 squats to keep my ass tight, 500 crunches per workout, 50 pushups per workout, and run 5 miles per workout, and lift 50 lb weights. I play tennis 3 times a week. ( Catch up). Having muscles isnt for everyone, but for me the leaner you are the more fit you are. My back was chiseled by my doc, but it is more defined now since I started lifting heavier weight. Now to address the stupidity, if your Dr tells you whatever, then thats what your doc said. Each Dr is going to give their patients different instructions hence no 2 results are the same even with the same doc. Your body is going to continue to change as the days go by, some for the better some no change, it will all depend on what you do with the new you.To everyone having surgery please be happy with your results, You came through a major surgery with no complications. Be HUMBLE because what he giveth he takes away. Ignant folks have a way of trying to push your buttons. My blog is just that, A HIT DOG WILL HOLLA! My blog is not about anyone, just observations over the last almost 10 months. Surgery will make you a bit sensiitive, but please miss me with the ignorance. AGAIN my blog is my opinion, I could give a rats a%% if you dont like what I post. DONT READ IT!! Again I rep for the real who are on here, not for the fakes! I have only been 100% real based on 9 months of reading blogs, speaking to people, and extensive research. I have no time for RS drama queens who are looking for attention. Please take due course and govern yourself accordingly, I'm not that chick! Well I just had to say this because I am really trying to be a good RS user, but folks just take you there!

I went for my pre-op today to get my thighs done. I will be getting my thighs done next Monday. I got everything else done except my thighs. I have the perfect shape, I just wanted my inner thighs done because I noticed even though I work out daily. My thighs rub together, the fat has to go somewhere, and its going to my thighs . My doc was so excited to see me, he told me what he was going to do in order to make them more proportioned. I was remeasured for a garment, and they did my overall measurements. My thighs are 26 1/2 around.met some ladies from Alabama , they were hillarious. I can't wait to get this inner thigh surgery done and over. Calling my nurse to take me to and from home, and to take care of me the day of sx. Also calling Tiana to work on my thighs since she is the lymphatic massage master. Will post pics of my thighs shortly.
