Here lately (I don't know if this is solely due to patient requests or what?) I notice butts that are really full up top and in the middle, then the ass just slopes down. WTH??? It just looks unfinished. As if the doc forgot to inject fat in the lower portion of the ass. I want a bottom heavy look, so i need the bottom of my butt to be really round. A nice slope NO SHELF!!! My ass has been sitting on my back for as long as I can remember-way too long. I love the shapes of FabNewMe & Alldatass.

I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. I feel that we deserve to get what we pay for. Honestly, I'm feeling some kind of way about Dr.J here lately. My confidence in him delivering the final result is questionable. His recent work has been subpar. I think he is overloaded with patients and instead of taking time to do the job thoroughly, he is rushing and the outcome is not what it used to be. It's such a sensitive and personal decision that we all must make (choosing a physician). I paid the non refundable deposit. It is what it is. I may have lost $500, but I will gain they and some for having a peace of mind.

Wow! Well believe it or not, some women dont know what they want. Some women have unrealistic expectations, and some dont have enough fat to transfer. Its about the individuals. Most heavy set women have great results.

Yes. I agree some women don't know what they want...I happened to be one of them. I set out with one thing in mind, but at the end of the day I had to face the reality that with my body steadily changing as a result of weight loss, that I need to reanalyze and decide a few things in regards to my desired gluteal shape. In the beginning I was weighing 299lbs. I loved the thickness of my thighs and long legs, never had large arms but hated my gut and the shape of my butt (shelf at the top-flat in the middle/center-round at the bottom. But it was easily disguised with silicone butt pads. I would place them in the center and I would come out with a MONSTER DONK!LOL!!! In the beginning I was unaware that I was going to have to shed pounds. I thought I would just play into the shelf booty that I already had. Just go in and have fat transferred to the middle/center, get the lipo in my tummy and waist, get some hips, then I'm Audi 5000. After the rude awakening (Doc requiring 50-60 lbs of weight loss), I immediately got on point with changing up my diet, and thought about how my ass would look minus the shelf? So now i'm all the way in. Weight is melting off and the shelf is starting to reduce. I said, "Well, I don't want a bubble/basketball booty, because I don't ever want nothing high up on my damn back again (Been dealing with this high booty every since I was a teenager)!!! I always stand in the mirror and press the shelf in and I can see that a upside down heart would be perfect, since I have the roundness at the bottom. Just, focus on transferring the fat to the center to give lots of projection-you know make it look bubbly. Giving me aggressive lipo to the sacrum area to "scoop" out my back, would give me a beautiful slope. Now, that I have began losing this weight I began to reminisce of how I looked back in my day. Uhh-huh yeah your girl was a mf'n dime back in my early 20's. So I already know how I'm going to look when I get back down to 180lbs, with just under 25lbs lost I can see my shape that was hiding under all those layers of fat tissue. Yes, for the most part (always an exception, and I saw her here on RealSelf) full figure women do have pretty good results, because they have a lot of Play-Doh for the sculptor to work with. Unlike being to slim and having to hunt the fat down! Once again I'm doing things out of order... It is recommended to do the BBL before the TT and for good reason. Why not harvest and use all the good fat for transferring into various areas. But when I really weighed it all out I thought about several things. Mainly, lipo to my tummy alone is not going to make my tummy flat and sculpted looking like I want, and it wouldn't get rid of the stretchmarks that I have in the bottom portion of my tummy (the ONLY place I have them on my abdomen may I add). When I reach my goal weight, I will probably still have the roundness at the bottom of my ass, so I'm willing to wait on my BBL because everything else will be in order. I will just throw my silicone besties on if need be. Fake it until I make it chile...If I would have did the BBL first, I would still have this big belly hanging out with me, stretch marks and all. Hey, we all gotta start somewhere right? I believe we all are going to end up going back for round two. After that swelling goes down, trust me you are going to want those days of swelling back, because you are going to like the look of having a fat ass! I don't care what anyone says about having a GHETTO BOOTY, I love them and I'm not going to say some ish like, "I wanted a smaller booty because blah, blah, blah..." I know women who have GHETTO BOOTIES, but they keep their ish tight all the way around! They work out, so they have the hips and thighs to match it with a flat stomach. AND NO IT DOESN'T LOOK FAKE!!! (I hate when females say that) Their are a lot of women who were blessed with good genetics/genes like that, from their G'mama on down. I ain't never heard a man say, "Daummm, look at that her ass! It looks fake" The only thing they think or say when they see a Badonk is "Mannnn I would love to ....... " You get my point? Nah boo, that's pure unadulterated hateration that only comes from the mouths of insecure females due to their lack of ass. I'm grown all up in here and I know through experience what I'm speaking on. Anytime a person is continuously passing judgement on what the next person decides to do with their body etc. there is an issue. We all desire something different. I've always believed in doing everything BIG playa!LOL If I'm paying this much money for an ass, well hot damn I want an ASS that I don't need a microscope to see! Not some cute little petite baby booty. I would look deformed being a 5'10'' stallion with a minature horse booty. LOL Anywhoo to each his own. Ladies, HoneyBunnz and BUBBLEZ, I'm praying that with whom ever you have chosen or will choose to do your BBL, that you will get your hearts desire! For NOW (you know my decision has been known to shift like the wind), I'm hanging in there with Dr. Cortes for this TT, but I ain't gonna lie, I'm really looking at Dr. Pat B. Huh Uhhh girl check out Dr Yily in Dominican Republic again. Me and you can go together boo. Im getting TT lipo arms back and possible round 2 around March or April 2014. Dr Yiy ly may charge me 4000.0 for all that shit. I just sent her my photos 30 mins ago. Shes making real live Barbie dolls out these sponge bob chix like us girl lol. She does all that lipo, tt, breast lift and just throw in the bbl on the house see what im saying. Thats plenty of time after your bbl to save money and lise more weight. Girl I can't rock with Yily, but I would definitely consider Dra. H. Augustina Duran! Pls tell me you've seen her work. She knocks Yily in the dirt (In my opinion) & also works at CIPLA.
