The question, do you want to go to the beach? No way! After losing 150 lbs over the past 10 yrs there was too much extra skin and wrinkles to put on a bathing suite and go to the beach. I tried varying my workouts and focusing on muscle building and issue just got worse. Finally, I took the risk of making a consultation appointment with Dr. Oppenheimer. He listened, he asked questions, he responded to my questions and he shared all the options specific to me. The most empowering part of the experience was hearing from him that I had done all that I could do on this journey of weight loss and the only way to get rid of the skin and wrinkles was surgey. Each experience with Dr. Oppenheimer and am the amazing team from scheduling the tummy tuck, to pre-op, to operation day, and across the post-op experience has exceeded my expectations! Six weeks post-op, I am amazed by the transformation of my stomach and hips but most importantly appreciative of the genuine on-going care and enthusiasm of the journey by Dr. Oppenheimer and team. So, back to the question, I might just say to going to be beach!
