Rolling past week 2

My second post-op appointment was Thursday, February 12th. They showed me the massages and whoa those are no joke! It's been write a few days since and they ate getting progressively easier! :)

My pulled muscle was an issue here and there, but had currently not been affecting me. I've also been told to start stretching out my arms for five minutes a day twice a day along with my breast and scar massages.

Things are getting easier every day and I feel like I can really see and feel a change.

When massaging my right breast sometimes makes a bubbly sound and I can feel it too. It's happening in my cleveage area on the right side.

Pulled a muscle

So somehow I ended up pulling a muscle in my left breast. Location is the bottom near the cleveage. My doctor instructed me to take pain meds (hydrocodone) at night and ice again for swelling.

They don't seem as high and are a great shape. My cleveage got further apart due to swelling, but that will fix itself. My arm pits hurt where my boobs connect, is that normal? Lol

I have complete sensation in my nipples and they are not nearly as swollen. All swelling has decreased.

This week I am focusing on not doing to much activity that may strain my lifting muscles.
