Day 8

Hello, okay so it has been 8 days since my procedure. Things are going great so far. I still have swelling and a lil bit of stiffness and pain but nothing major. The pain is mostly in my back when I'm sleeping with the binder on. That is the most uncomfortable part of this process. I do have a lot of itching around my abs but I know it is because of the healing, so I have been able to maintain it with Benadryl and cortisone cream. The only problem I have with the incisions is that one of them hurt a little, it is always getting stuck to the garment. I have started back with a little exercise, mainly walking right now....was told I couldn't do anything with my abs for a while since we didn't want to injure them more..I went in for my lymphatic massage (which was I was told I should do by the nurse) but was told by the massage therapist that I had to wait at least two weeks post op because I would be a liability....I must say though I see a big difference already and I am loving the results so far...hopefully I see more results as I progress....

Day 2

Well the new medication the doctor gave me worked great. Slept great and did not wake up nauseous, dizzy, or in pain. The pain has subsided a lot. I still have swelling of course but I have dropped 3 lbs..... and 2 1/2 inches in my waist. I feel great.. and can't wait to see the final results...

Day 1

Well last night I hardly slept any. I was in pain and very uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to take the binder off. The pain medicine made me very nauseous and light headed that I almost fainted... thank goodness my boyfriend has been here to help me the whole way... my boyfriend called the doctor and told him that the medicine was making me sick, the doctor told us to come in to get another prescription and did my check up as well... he said that everything was healing well and there is no sign of infection. He even told me to look at my results I have curves, although I'm swollen I can still see my results and I am loving them so far. He stated it would only get better.... from here. I can't wait..... pics available soon....
