4 Years Post Op - Alexandria, VA

Hello all. I am currently interested in getting a BBL but I had a BA a little over 4 years ago so I thought that I should contribute to the board and to those ladies that may be interesting in my surgeon.
I started off with a 34B and after reading reviews about people not being happy with their size post op I asked her to go as large as she could go.
She uses Mentor implants and before sx she said that she would be able to fit me with a 350cc implant but would try for 400cc. Luckily for me was able to fit the 400cc. We had also discussed going under the muscle prior to surgery but she ended up going above which I am so happy that she did b/c I am sure it made my recovery easier. It also made it so that I can workout and not worry about my implants.
As far as surgery and healing everything went perfect. I had zero complications and my breast healed perfectly.
Anyway, I love my results. I am a dancer so people see my breasts all day every day and I am always known as the girls with the prefect breasts. Although they are above the muscle I have ZERO sagging. Prior to surgery I used a dermaroller on my skin and ended up with no stretch marks. I will use it on my chest every 6 months or so to keep the chest skin tight.
They also look very natural. Most people can't even tell that I had them done or I usually get the comment "I knew they were enhanced because they are too perfect to be real." The picture I included doesn't do them justice. They are so high a perky that people are surprised that they are 4 years old.
My incision is under the breast b/c I did not want her cutting up my nips. I am dark skinned so my incision ended up dark but it looks like a shadow. Like I said I dance and don't bother putting make up on them and people very rarely notice.
Now they feel like they are apart of my body however it can be slightly uncomfortable sleeping on my stomach so I bought a mattress pad and it conforms to the boobies and its solved any sleeping discomfort.
I do not have any rippling and you can not see the implant at all. There are 2 places were I feel a slight bubble from the implant but it is not a big deal.
She also uses CareCredit switch I love! I have also used it to pay for my PRK surgery and it is awesome!

*Also I never let anyone call my breasts "fake." It's rude. I ALWAYS correct them and say "enhanced."
*Another thing, your breasts look the same as they did prior to your BA just a bigger version.

Hey ladies! Still going strong and loving the girls.

I just wanted to give a little update. I have always been a small girl but recently I started gaining weight to prepare for my BBL. I have always thought that if I gained weight it would go to my gut but I have been surprised that the weight has disrupted evenly including my boobs.

I've gained about 15lbs going on 20lbs. I am happy to report that the girls have gotten noticeably bigger and softer. Love it! I don't know if my bra size has changed b/c I rarely wear a bra. I doubt it.

That is another thing. I hardly ever wear bras. I just use the "demaroller" ever 6 months or so. I love those things. I used them before my surgery and got zero stretch marks and use them a few times a year. As you can see my breast look like they were just done and I have not experienced any sagging.

One more thing, although my implants feel perfectly normal when I lay on them it still feels a little uncomfortable so I bought a memory foam pad for my bed. God sent! I highly recommend them for anyone who likes to lay on their stomach. The boobs melt into the pad.

I just realized I repeated some of the same info. Lol Oh well. Not much changes after awhile. I will post more pictures after the BBL to show how the girls look with some more weight on them.
