23 Y/o, 5'8, 142 Pounds Lift with 550cc Hp Implants

So this is my second review I'm doing. I almost went through with my surgery with Dr. Mel Ortega but that feel through. I'm so glad it did because I found the most amazing surgeon. A little background, I've had multiple consultations in the past, all disappointments. I've been actively seeking to get this procedure done for about 3 years and had about 4 consultations within that time frame. I finally found Dr Deluca and he was great and so were his staff. I had never experienced that before. I knew I needed a lift and he gave me multiple options of what i could do. We decided on a lollipop lift. I always had the idea in my head that I needed a full anchor and I didn't so I was pretty pleased with that!
I was stuck on 500 or 550cc. He decided he would try the sizers on me and see what he could do. I'm pretty sure i got 500 but I'm not sure yet. I'll find out when I go to get my dressings taken off on Monday. Oh and they were behind the muscle. I'm so happy I decided to do this. I'll insert some before pics and then after. So the day of the procedure was the 28th. I had to be at the hospital at 8. I was so excited and nervous. When I was in the waiting room the pre-op nurse called me and she took be to a little room behind a curtain. I did a urine test for pregnancy and she put my I.V tube in and went over my medical history and asked about the operation I was getting. She gave me a few medications in a cup. I was so happy I got to drink a little bit of water to swallow. She took my blood pressure and then called the anesthesiologist. The Dr. came in and marked me up with his pen the next time I would see him would be in the operating room. I was left it the room with the curtain to wait and I read a magazine. The anesthesiologists came and asked me questions. They wanted to know if I had ever been out under. I said I hadn't and they explained what would happen and how it would feel. They gave me "something to relax" me. It kind of felt like being tipsy lol. She rolled me over on the wheel bed to the OR. They started asking me questions and I honestly can't even remember about what, but it was probably just so I didn't feel nervous. Next thing I know I was nothing. NOTHING. I still find that incredible. I woke up in the recovery room. The nurse said I'd been there an hour and a half. I was SO thirsty. My lips were so dry. I asked for chapstick, they put Vaseline on my lips. I also got a cup with some ice in it but I wanted more! I chewed all the ice and they gave me apple juice and more water. I had a little circular patch on my neck to help with the nausea. I was to keep that in for 3 days. My boyfriend and my mother came back to the room I was in and helped me get dressed and we left! I got to go home the same day because I only lived about an hour and 20 minutes away. Everyone was extremely kind. This is a day one post op photo. It felt like I went ham in the gym with chest exercises.

Day 2 post op pics. They're riding high and pretty swollen. They feel pretty firm right now. Hoping within time they settle and get softer.
