I did it because I have hated my nose since I was probably 10 years old. I wanted to stop having to think about what angle a photo would be taken at, etc. I feel so much more confident in my appearance now.

I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant done by Dr. Portuese in September 2011. I am thrilled with the results which look very natural and beautiful. I cannot recommend Dr. Portuese and his friendly staff enough. I never felt rushed, and the Dr. and his staff all treat you like a friend. I travelled down to Seattle from Victoria, BC to have my surgery done - and it was a very wise decision.
