“Scabbing and redness after juvederm for acne scars”

I went to a doctor to receive Juvederm injections for acne scars. One of the injection sites on the forehead began to bruise shortly after, with a bluish yellow color. Now, one week later, the bruise has gone but a scab formed and under the scab it is still very red, and i can detect a shallow scar. When will this redness go away? It looks bad.

My face used to have just mild/moderate scars. Now I'm left with a bad red splotch and new shallow scars on my forehead after Juvederm.
