Awesome Experience - Septo/rhinoplasty + Alar Base Reduction

I had a septo/rhinoplasty + alar base reduction surgery 12 days ago.

Did it because I hated my nose. I had huge nostrils and a rounded tip. I also had a deviated septum which may have been contributing to my sleep apnea.

Pros quick, painless, interesting, exciting and fun experience.

Cons swollen, blocked nose for a while, some bleeding. The worst is having to breathe through my mouth while I sleep.

I had a nose bleed yesterday 11th day after surgery and I packed my nostrils with gauze. i heard like a popping sound in my right nostril and removed the gauze and noticed that my nostril was bigger then before and bigger then the other one. My concern is that it has been a day now and that nostril is still bigger. Is it possible that i could have "undone" something or damaged something? My nose still looks proportional its just my right nostril is slightly bigger then what it was. also all stitches have been removed.

had exact same thing done. wide nose, round tip,m wide nostrils. pretty happy with it a week after, can definately see a diff in the tip but not really the nostrils
