So Far, Not Worth It in Many Ways: Surgery and Revision for Birth Deformity Type Nose

I had a rhinoplasty at 17 to correct a birth deformity type nose which left me with very, very flared nostrils, a low bridge, and a super wide tip. I'm a white male, and this nose was not natural for my face, and since the strong profiles are whats attractive, I wanted my nose to look stronger and more shaped up, although I was realistic about what changes could be made for such a rarer nose.
I went with a local surgeon who promised to be conservative in some aspects, while also giving the changes I needed.
Cast off: He absolutely butchered my nose in a micheal jackson way. It didn't help that my nose was all around worked on; bringing the nasal bones in, the tip, the brige, and he botched all of it. The result was that I had a super, super thin nasal bridge roof and tip point appearance, while having thick skin which made it all look so unnatural.
I traveled to a cali specialist a year and a half later to correct the issues, and he also botched me. he inserted grafts that no where near replaced or gave strong, attractive tip points or a symmetrical bridge. All the grafts were put (or shifted) to unwanted areas and it makes some aspects of my nose look so huge, but the middle structure is still so thin and deviated looking on both sides. It's a very, very unnatural nose, definatly the essence of 'shrek' or 'boxer-nose'. I definatly look like I've been in 5 fights because my nose looks so bulldogish and unnatural.
Some pros though: even beyond all the nasal deformities I had, my primar doctor performed my nostril flare reduction fairly good and I was definatly happy for that small aspect. He also in some way made my tip less round in the collumella-ish area and now my nostril holes show in a good way and it doesn't look so much like shrek as my original nose, and that good aspect at least helped me live through all the other bad deformities.
All i can say is i wish 200% that I would have went to a different primary doctor, because I do know that a rhinoplasty change was needed for me, but I just wish my primary doc didn't perform it, and I wish I didn't choose my 2nd doctor for my revision. I definatly could not have lived my life the way I wanted to with my original nose, but I still have a long way to go it seems. So yeah, I still need a 2nd revision, hopefully I'll be able to find a great doctor who truly will care about me and indentify all my problems and fix them as well!
