“Lipotherme is the Way to Go! (Lower Abs & Love Handles)”

Lipotherme was a great procedure for me. I was extremely nervous about the procedure just knowing that I would be awake worried me, but there was nothing to it. The only thing that I thought hurt was the numbing medicine. After that it was simple.

It took about 4 hours long which happen to fly by. There was another plastic surgeon there and someone from the lipotherm company was there. Everyone was so great. The dr and nurses done everything to make me as comfortable as i could be. My dr started off doing my lower abs. My upper abs didnt need the procedure, after he did my belly he did my sides (love handles)lol. Which needed a lot of work done. After it all I just slept the rest of the day.

The day after I was really sore. Simuliar to how you feel when you work out really hard at the gym . I returned back to work 2 days after the surgery. The soreness seem to get a little worse the next couple days.

Today is the 6th day and I got my stitches out. Which he made 4 incisions. 2 in the front and 1 on each side. I am wearing my abdominal binder around my waist which I think has been worse then the soreness. Its just uncofortable. But it will help so I am toughing it out. I didn't have much drainage at all and bruising I only had on the back side of my sides. I am still swelled a good bit in my lower abs but my sides look amazing already. I cant wait to see my final results. I will keep you posted on my progress.

It has been a little over 3 weeks since my lipotherme procedure.  I have noticed a lot of changes in the past week.  My swelling is finally coming down and I am in my jeans, which I have noticed are more loose in the waist not .  I AM SHRINKING!!  lol      I can really notice the smoothness in skin on my lower abs.  I am massaging my belly really good  every day,  It is still a little sore.  I will keep you updated

My Dr is right, his Hot lipo treatment is amazing.  Today I went for my 1 month checkup.  Everything is looking really good.  My belly is getting flatter and tightning up and my sides are really slimmer then before.  I have got a couple lumps that I can feel but he says they will go away in time.  The soreness is all gone and I have resumed to normal activities such as running etc.  I am so glad that I had this new procedure done that he calls Hot Lipo !  I will keep you updated on the results
