Pros: Virtually painless with use of topical anesthetic. Lasts up to a year. No downtime. Instant rejuvenation. None or virtually no side effects (redness, mild swelling)

In the hands of a good dermatologist, Juvederm is the miracle filler! I agree with the previous poster, Luli, it took five years off my face. Always see a board certified dermatologist and check his/her reviews beforehand. But this filler is painles with the use of topical anesthetic, and took the "smile" lines off my face, and plumped up the lines around my chin. No side effects whatsoever. I felt much better after the treatment than I did when I had Botox, which always gives me a headache for 12 hours.
