Revision Rhinoplasty Using Rib Cartilage

Not Sure
Spent: $3,000 in Italy

I had revision rhinoplasty, I wanted to build tip of the nose and to improve nose shape. My 1st rhinoplasty left me with small amount of cartilage, short nose with irregularity.

I had revision rhinoplasty using rib cartilage, now it is 2 months post op. and my nose is already too small. It was beautiful first 2 weeks when it was swollen.

Touching, I can feel cartilage, but there is free space between cartilage and skin and I was wondering is it possible to transfer some fat in lateral sides of nose and the most important on the tip between rib cartilage and skin? Nose is already small and I'm scared of more shrinking... For more augmentation I have to wait 1 year and I wouldn't like to use restylane or similar products. Thanks
