I had my breast done because after breast feeding i felt they were to small. i would say i regret getting my implants under the muscle because it limits mobility but on the other hand i think under the muscle increases perkiness and a more natural look.

pros and cons to a breast job are bigger boobs the feeling of being in proportion. and the cons are limited mobility and pains in the chest or scarring.
