i had a breast augmentation 2 weeks ago but my breast look very round and fake, i went for overs due to saggyness and i just want to know if this is the final result.

i was a 34 A , now a full B small C, i had 300 silicone mod profile implants.

had overs 300 cc cohesive gel but after 3 weeks they look flat and wide, when can i see the final result? i have seen some change but all the photos in the net look very natural , my dontdo over the muscle implants drop or change appereance from what they look like right after surgery???
