Rippling with Silicone Implants

Worth It
Spent: $8,000 in Toronto, Ontario

I had no boobs growing up and this was always a dream.  The surgery was very easy and recovery was a cinch.  I wish I researched my surgeon more, and went to others for opinions as well.  She was the first surgeon I went to and then I booked after the consult.  I got 350cc mod profile silicone implants, over the muscle, through the nipple.  I am 5'8 and 130 pounds with broad shoulders and pretty fit, with minimal body fat. My frame could have handled more.  I now wish I got something larger.  The worst part is that I now have rippling.  I think the placement of the implant has a lot to do with it.  I am considering taking these out and putting in bigger ones and behind the muscle.

I went for a consult the other day and PS recommended high profile 475 cc silicone implants. I like how the moderate profiles look, but I want bigger than what I got (350cc). In addition, I want to use my exsisting incision point, my nipples, and from what I understand the larger silicone moderates are hard to get in via nipples. I am scared the high profiles will look fake. I do have very broad shoulders and a slim waist. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I will say it depends on the person and their body type on whether a HP implant looks "fake". I have seen some that look very fake and others that are not. I have 450 HP and I love them! They slope down and look very natural. I have no problem with them at all.

I have a left ripple on the left breast and it is slightly tender. Should I be worried?
