After having two children and breastfeeding, after losing weight fast I went from a 36D to a 34B (barely). I had no substance to my breasts at all. I wanted a more curvy look, a more feminine look.

I had a breast lift and had 400cc saline implants put in (behind the muscle), I am at one week post op. I am very concerned about the highness of the implants. I believe I have a 'snoopy' look and the implants are 1.5" below my collarbone, they seem to be above my breast making my breasts very long. I haven't seen a difference at all yet and don't think they are dropping. Is this normal? How long will it take for my breasts to actually look like breasts?

It sounds like you're pretty early in the recovery process so I'd think they'd drop some more. When is your next follow-up with your doctor?

I have my next follow up in a few days - about 12 days post op. I am now at 10 days post op and haven't seen a change in the least. I am taking daily pictures and massaging as the Doctor said. She said at my first post op appt. that I should see a "noticable difference" by my next appt and I haven't. I know they won't fully drop for months but when should they start to drop. I feel freakish! Thank you for your reply!

I just got mine done a week ago and for some reason they are barely even swollen but from what i have been told from friends that have done this procedure is that high implants after surgery are normal. After you start your massages you will be able to bring them down alot more.. Don't worry
