I am 37 yrs old, 5'9" and had breast implants...

I am 37 yrs old, 5'9" and had breast implants done 6 months ago. I did silicone implants, 400cc placed subglandularly and right after surgery I had a big hematoma on the left side. This resulted in capsular contraction which, after singulair and time, did not resolve. 13 days ago I had a capsulectomy. I'm still swollen and the breast just feels full/firm on the left side. The implants seems higher still and it lifts when I raise my arm more on the left side than the right.I'm sure that when all issues are resolved, I'll be thrilled, but I've been waiting all of my adult life to have nice, normal looking breasts and to have had two surgeries in 6 months and still not feel done....it's just stressful so far.

3 weeks ago I had an open capsulectomy. My initial surgery was 6 months ago. I have 400cc silicone subglandular implants. I had a huge hemagoma on the left side directly after surgery which was the cause of my contracture evidently. I'm still swollen and the breast just feels full/firm on the left side. The implants seems higher still and it lifts when I raise my arm more on the left side than the right. That's the biggest thing that i can't understand. Why does it still lift up after the capsulectomy? I'm wondering if this is normal for the stage of recovery that i'm in? How concerned should I be? When can I expect to finally have symetrical, soft breasts??? Thank you for your input!I chose to have surgery because I am 5'9" and was a 36A. Very disproportionate. I've had 3 big children and breast fed them all which left me with no breasts.

I had breast augmentation in March 2009. I had a major hematoma in the left breast which was not drained. It ended up in capsular contracture which I had an additional surgery for in September. The breast looks and feels a lot better but there is still residual firmness deep in the middle of the breast. It feels like knotted or damaged tissue. Would this be tissue damage from the initial hematoma? Does a hematoma cause tissue damage in the breast? Can and will this resolve? Looking forward to your input.13 days ago I had a capsulectomy.
