“Bad Botox - Injected into Forehead for Lines, Caused Puffy Eyes”
Not Worth It
Spent: $200 in Britain
I got botox in my forehead for my lines. The effects on my forehead were good but the eyes I'm left with are not my own. Some days they're worse than others. I've had the botox for 3 months now and the puffy eyes still continue. Please don't say it's not the botox as it's been since I've had it done.
I read elsewhere to use visine eye drops to help with puffy eye's caused by bad botox. I can't purchase them here in britain so could you recommend another kind for me to buy. Thanks

Have you seen any improvement? I'm really worried that even when all the botox is out of me, my eye lids will never be the same.
I have the exact same results from getting botox in crowsfeet, between brows, and in the forehead in Jan. 2010. I had the botox in those areas and restylane (under eyes) done on the same visit, which I think is dangerous. I had had botox in crowsfeet once before and noticed the creepy hollows you describe at edge of eye and had mistakenly attributed it to age -- prompting me to get MORE botox (and restylane), the worst thing I could do!!! I have a black eye under one eye, a bulge at the outer corner of one eye, the same fat pad thing under that same eye. I also had THE WORST dry eye, which resolved finally this past week after two months of exruciating pain (with headache) that kept me up at night. I also have a bulging fat pad at the inner upper corner of one eye (like really old people get). HOW can docs deny this? My results look like yours, only I'm more black and blue from hyaluronidase, which I used to dissolve the restylane thinking that was the problem ... Called my derm and he's likewise in complete denial, and said "How do you know these protruding fat pads aren't from natural aging?" I'm like four protruding fat pads IN TWO MONTHS?! I'm only 41. Keep us posted on your progress.
