I am currently 6 weeks post op. I am so happy I choose dr. Castellano. I saw his work and went to see him. the way that I described his work was as fresh, young, and perky, he laughed. His nurse Pam is ammmmmmaaaazing. She is so sweet and she is truly concerned about you and your wishes. She help me feel very comfortable with getting it done. I am a nervous reck when it comes to anything medical. The whole team was awesome from the receptionist, to the anesthesiologist , to the nurse, and all the way to dr. Castellano. I will do it again with him. The pain was very minimal. The first 3 days was the most uncomfortable. I almost felt like I never got anything done after that. Like I healed almost instantly that's because of my faith. I am very pleased with the whole process. My next statement is totally not a reflection of his work but I wish I would have gone bigger, but I can say he did give me exactly what I was so adamant about having. I wanted my breast with no bra on to look like They did in my Victoria secret miraculous bra. That is what I got but I think the thing we all go through is we fall in love with the size with the breast swollen lol. Going strictly on his work and my satisfaction I give him a 100.

Dr. Castellano was great. It was kinda hard because he is so handsome you feel a little more nervous lol. Never the less he assured me there was no need to be nervous. He answered all my questions with great care. Every follow up was easy and comfortable. The fact that his nurse is so versed on the whole process makes it so comforting. It is almost as if you have two doctors present to answer your questions and concerns.
