Tummy Tuck: Stories

Im a 27 year old mother of two beautiful daughters that are 7 and 4. I love all my curves that they have bestowed upon me except my stomach: its giggly, saggy, and riddled with stretchmarks. No matter how much I work out or how much weight i loose my little pooch goes nowhere. Im very healthy at 5'8 165lbs, but i need a new stomach.

OMG time has came to a hault.. 13days and counting .. im so excited.. I will cry tears of Joy once this tummy is gone. A new me is coming Soon :)

p.o day#4 i finally got out the house.. saw my m.d . all is well and he will remove the drain next week. On a scale of 1-10 my pain has been a 3, i expected more pain. It feel like i just did 1000 sit ups. My lower back is killing me from walking hunched over, my md said i can straighten up but im so tight and im nervous about doing it. I have been walking like the hunch back of notre dame.. me and my fiance went to bennihanas for lunch and hung out at his moms house for her bday. by 2pm i was so exahuasted.

p.o day #6

Im so scared to stand up straight, but my back is killing me.. last night i stretched out straight on the bed, lord help me stand up straight. im taking vicodin because of my lower back pain, not the tummy tuck.. omg some of my friends that have seen me swear i had a breast job also... my breast look so huge with out a tummy to sit on top of...

day 10# has been good.. just started driving again.. still swollen but i can see my stomach muscles a definately defined. I cant wait to hit the gym to totally lean out.. i know in 6 mos i will look amazing..

im about 3 1/2 weeks p.o. im still swollen and sore.. Im feel about 80% and cant wait to get back to my normal activities. I want to lose about 5-7lbs for my puerto rico trip memorial weekend. Hopefully my swelling will be at a minimum. Still havent returned back to work.. I guess Im milking the system..i still cant sleep on my tummy, its sore and feels like im pulling it too much when i try. Im happy with my results and my scar is healing wonderful. I just started putting bio oil on it. Thanks for the tips Ladies :)i promise to post updated pics soon

tomarrow will be week 6 ..I feel 100%..Yay! in all recovery was not so bad.. i just wish the swelling would go dwn completely.. i have been limiting my sodium intake. and i have started to do a little walking. my md said no running or situps yet.,he dont want me to tear my new muscles... i do want to loos about 7lbs,,, and tone my legs... but im so excited i cant wait to go shopping,but i need to hold out due to the swelling..

It's approaching a year since my surgery and I don't regret it one bit...best decision ever.. I will post new pics very soon
