I have noticed time and time again with trans girls getting breast augmentations come out with their nipples elevated and almost in the sides of their breast. Whats the cause of this and how to prevent this?
Im looking for a breast augmentation, whether it be breast implants or fat transfer. The only issue Im running into is Ive been turned away by 2 surgeons because my breast are too difficult. I know I also have a wider chest so that adds to it. Is there hope for me to be able to fix this? And to what severity would you say my development? Is there a chance I can fill in the gap that is my wider chest with implants? Im looking for surgeons who can help.Ive attached some photos for reference
Im considering a BA but nearly all the examples Ive seen wrt other trans women involve high profile implants. Im mostly satisfied with my projection, but would like my breasts to be more vertically and horizontally present on my chestwould also love to reduce the visual gap between my breasts and increase cleavage if possible. Would this be best achieved with a low profile implant? Physiologically speaking, are there reasons why trans women typically go with higher profile?
I am my 4th breast surgery, I have symmastia and both implants have capsular contracture. Ive had numerous consultations, emailed some very well known breast surgeons with no hope. I will attach pictures, hoping some breast surgeon will reach out and give me hope.
I am 6 feet tall with an ectomoroh body type. 15BWD Can you create a non-augmented look with a natural sag by dissecting the pocket or surrounding tissues slightly bigger than whats needed to fit the implant? Does opting for a low profile implant over the other profiles contribute to a softer look by not having to project out so much? To receive a flatter non-augmented cleavage, if my BWD is 15, would a mentor moderate plus 450CC 13.6 achieve that? What about moderate classic?
I'm a trans individual whose had multiple breast augmentations/revisions. First one was March 2020 at Florida Centrer. In 2022 right implant ruptured. Feb 2022 got new silicone implants. Two weeks later got infection in left implant which was removed. July 2022 had a botch surgery. Implant was shoved in at Florida center. April 2023 revision was done on left but its still high and hard. Will i ever have soft even breast or am i doomed?
35 year old trans woman 4 years on estrogen with very minimal breast development. I'm underweight (18.5 bmi) and lacking in visible body fat in many areas, mainly of concern is on my chest where my sternum is clearly visible. I only want to get to about a B cup and would prefer to avoid the complications from implants if it's possible to get noticeable results with fat transfer alone. Would it be too difficult to even gather enough fat for noticeable results?
