My face has less volume on one side and I have never liked the way the lower part of my face looks on this side. Also, my chin looks a little uneven and think I might be getting jowls? I am a 35 year old female. What surgical and non surgical procedures would fix these/make my face more attractive please?
I 2017 I asked for filler in the pre jowl sulcus. The surgeon convinced me to do a fat transfer but put the fat in the jowl area instead. Since then Ive had accutite, 2 rounds of lipo, kybella & Agnes radio frequency & NOTHING has worked. Im so discouraged & disappointed. Not only with getting no results but the money Ive spent. Why cant this fat be removed?
I'm almost 30, and within the last couple years, I've really noticed changes in my face, such as volume loss and a heaviness in my jawline towards my chin. Weight seems to be settling around my mouth. I'm very opposed to fillers in the face, and would much rather a more permanent solution. Would facial fat transfer be a good option if I'm looking to restore balance to my face?
Im 53 and am having a face lift with upper Blepharoplasty I want a full facelift so that I can get improvement of the nasolabial folds and marionettes, as well as tackling my neck and jowels. Once a year, I have filler in my nasolabial area. I am very undecided about adding a fat transfer to the procedure. Im a perfectionist and worry about looking overfilled for months on end, and potentially disliking the results, which I understand are difficult to rectify, unlike fillers.
Hello! I'm looking for facial fat rejuvenation to fill in laugh lines & pick up jowls. I also need mircofat added to my nose after a surgeon in Turkey completely destroyed my nose material (surgically removed all septal to replace with rib), shape & removed nearly the entire fat layer. I'm curious if there are any facial fat transfer experts here in the TX area? If photos/video are not visible, I can post here. Thank you!
I am a 52 year old woman who had a facelift & fat grafting to my face six years ago. I only asked for a little fat near my eyes and forehead (even wrote it on the consent) and the surgeon injected my entire face including my jowl area. Now, when I smile it looks like too much fat is in there and in the cheek area. What is the best and safest way to decrease this fat grafting by at least 50% in the jowl and cheek area? Ultherapy or opening my face back up and using a suction method? TY!
5 years ago a surgeon convinced me to have a fat graft in my pre jowl sulcus. He didnt put the far there, he put it in the jowl area. Ive been seeing a fantastic surgeon & hes tried face tight, lipo & most recently kybella. None of these have gotten me back to where I was before the fat graft. Is transferred fat more difficult to get rid of? Why would these 3 procedures not eliminate what was grafted? Also, since the kybella I have 2 spots that seem like a few layers of skin are gone.
Im 20 years old and Ive always had the problem with my jawline and Im not sure which procedure would work best in handling my lower mid face. My side profile is very strange looking and my jowls look awful to me. Ive provided a picture of how I look in normal lighting head on. and how I look with the camera angled upwards. I want my jawline and chin area to look like the way it looks when I have the camera angle high. What are my options? (Preferably something permanent)
Hello, I am only 23 but I seem to have some significant volume loss in my cheeks. My nasolabial folds have been prominent since I was a teenager, but are worse now. My cheeks have a saggy, jowly appearance. Underneath my cheekbone my cheeks have a hollow, and this hollow becomes very obvious whenever I open my mouth, giving me a gaunt appearance. Do you think these issues are from volume loss? Would fat grafting be a good option? Or filler? Would filling the cheek hollows be a good idea? Thanks.
