Derma Roller + Minoxidil Q&A

Many doctors on here recommend short length dermarollers to be used along with minoxidil. Although safer than longer lengths, isnt there still a non negligible risk of granuloma? Infection? Or is it safe enough to perform guilt free.

My derma asked me to apply 2%minoxidil twice a day, but online I was reading an article which says I should wait for 24 hours to apply minoxidil. How both things are possible? I am confused now. I have started using 0.2 derma and 0.5mm. I use 0.5 mm twice a week and 0.2 thrice a week. Can I apply minoxidil after waiting 15-20minutes of derma rolling

Hello is it true that by using derma roller on your head will help the hair grow? ( and in my case it is my hair line ) Also is it safe to use minoxidil afterwards ? thank you

I ve head full of hairs three years ago. I immediately turn to doctor and start taking biotin 1000 mcg thrice a day with multi vitamins and minoxidil 5%. Things got improve and atleast my hair fall stop although already have lost 50 percent of my hairs. Now to take the treatment to next level I started using derma roller with minoxidil once on daily basis. This has once again started my hair fall and the bald spots have now become quite visible. Should I quit using derma or minoxidil or both.

Its been more than 2 years after my hair transplant , its seems thin now in the recipient area , can i use derma roller along with finasteride and minoxidil?
