My crowns are feeling all of the above for my smile. I had an awful experience with a dentist who placed them on, did no trial, & got upset when I said they didn't look right on me. He said let me place the tops in and you'll see it better. They feel uncomfortable, when I talk I have a lisp, the teeth feel long in back, & implant is causing odd cold sensations in lips. My folks sacrificed everything. Their home, for me and now I've wasted their money.
I just got my crown on an implant and I feel like it's too big. The feeling on the back of the crown if that I have a big piece of gum attached to it. Is it normal? I don't care on how it looks, but it's very uncomfortable. The dentist asked to wait a few weeks as I didn't have any tooth there for a while it can be only a feeling more than a problem. Not very happy with this.
my previous crowns were smooth. Replacements (28) feel uncomfortable, are visibly ridged/grooved they don't feel clean some back teeth have a dip/cavity. Also food gets stuck to them, this will encourage plaque or worse, it's not hygenic. I clean them frequently each day, my tongue is raw due to being drawn to them.I'm extremely disappointed. Don't think they've been finished properly. Please advise about the correct finish of zirconium crowns+ what needs to be done to resolve this

I had an apicoectomy around 6 weeks ago on my 3rd from back tooth. The tooth feels a lot better just slight gum tenderness/numbness where their is scar tissue. The first few weeks my tooth and/or crown seemed loose. The crown now sits lower than the rest of my teeth. It doesn't feel comfortable when I chew. My dentist had said he would replace the crown in 6 months but would it be possible to have something done before then? Or could it affect the success of the apicoectomy?
Mistake! Just want old teeth back. I had a small unnoticeable bump only noticeable to me. I had Invisalign and it was still there. I went to another dentist to get second opinion about getting braces. They recommended 4 crowns. They did them but they came out grey and bump still there. She redid because I was unhappy we used another ceramics. she perm glued they looked ok at office now in pictures look crooked to me and wierd to me and are uncomfortable. Is it me or do these look wierd?
I got a crown placed about three weeks ago. I can chew soft things just fine but anything crunchy or chewy causes a weird feeling, like pushing on a bruise. It doesn't register as pain, just a discomfort. I just want to be able to chew with my normal strength as this crown is located on my primary chewing side. I wasn't numb during the crown placement so I could make sure my bite felt completely normal. What else could be wrong? Do I still need to have my bite adjusted?
I got crowns on my upper 6 front teeth just today, and the temporary crowns were much better than this. These crowns are huge compared to my real teeth and the temporary. And they are tight in my mouth. Im feeling like I made a mistake getting crowns. I only got them because of discoloration of some of my front teeth. One was turning yellow. One had a small brown mark. At least they were comfortable and natural. What can I do about these crowns? Can I use temporary crowns as real crowns?
the dentist could not well reshape my existing teeth saying the older dentist did the cutting wrong exposing my nerve, anyway he did some drilling and fitted the new crown but now when i close my teeth my lower teeth touches the back of my crown, specially when i am eating (on side teeth) its continuously touching the back of my crown and is very un-comfortable, should i wait for 24hrs?tand if not will it require redoing all the procedure ? or just some drilling or grinding of the crown?
