Cheek Augmentation Q&A

I had a custom silicone skull implant fitted and the edging at the sides of the temporal region look awful. The edges are super prominent and it looks bumpy like theres two balls trapped beneath my skin. Is there anywhere that will burr this down for me?

I have these creases under my eyes that are bothering me a lot. Not really sure what to do.

In the first 2 pictures, what is the emphasized shadow/line from the eye to the end of the nose? I currently have a side profile that look like the 2 girls in the photos considering I'm Asian. Is it flat cheek or does it have to do with the midface? What possible procedures can I do to make from looking like the first 2 photos to the last photo where the connection from the nose to the cheek is seamless and smooth with no line/fat shadow?

Updated: Hello, I'm a 32 year old female looking for help for dents in my cheeks that bother me as well as facial asymmetry. Wondering if anything could be done to help. I did see one plastic surgeon and he said he didn't recommend doing anything. He said it was due to aging and facial asymmetry. I am not ready to accept that I am stuck with this and am looking for advice.

I am 25 yo female and Im planning on getting chin reduction surgery and cheek implants this summer. However, I was told on social media that my face is sunken around my nose area. Would the cheek augmentation be enough to help with that or would I need to get two separate implants? Im a poor nurse and saving up for the chin/cheek is already a lot for me. I just would like to know what would be the most effective for me to improve my face aesthetics.

I have very flat almost negative looking cheekbones that bother me badly. I'm looking to do cheekbone augmentation with chin and jaw implants as well. I'm quite nervous about the idea of having a scar near my eye though as I'm only in my mid twenties. Also cheek filler has always dissolved quickly and I'm looking for a more permanent solution.
