Answer: Tooth extraction before mommy makeover The timing of tooth extraction before a mommy makeover procedure can vary depending on individual circumstances and the specific procedures involved in the mommy makeover. It's essential to consult with both your dentist and plastic surgeon to determine the best course of action and timing for your particular case. In general, if you require tooth extraction as part of your dental health and it's necessary for your overall well-being, it's typically advisable to address this issue before undergoing elective cosmetic surgery like a mommy makeover. This helps to ensure that any potential complications or healing processes associated with the tooth extraction have occurred before the mommy makeover procedure. Your dentist will be able to provide guidance on the appropriate timing for the tooth extraction based on factors such as the complexity of the extraction, any necessary healing time, and your overall dental health. Once the tooth extraction has been completed and you've fully recovered, you can then discuss the timing of your mommy makeover with your plastic surgeon. In some cases, it may be possible to schedule the tooth extraction and mommy makeover procedures relatively close together, while in others, a longer interval may be necessary to allow for optimal healing and recovery between the two procedures. Ultimately, the exact timing will depend on your individual circumstances and the recommendations of your healthcare providers. It's crucial to communicate openly with both your dentist and plastic surgeon to ensure the best possible outcomes for both procedures.

Answer: Tooth extraction and mommy makeover I recommend waiting until your gums are healed and there is no residual infection. If your mommy makeover is with implants, it's better to wait for complete dental healing before putting an implant. If you develop a fever post op , you won't know if it is from your teeth, breast or tummy etc

Answer: Call your operating surgeon first Hi there, I would call your operating surgeon first before you cancel, they likely will still be able to do your surgery depending on how extensive the oral operation is. All the best
