What are the risk of Lipo the calves?

What's the risks? A dr told me about thromboembolism. im 5'7 161lbs and i need a dr who can inject as much fat as possible and i do have excess fat in my calves. theyre too chunky. for upper back fat: what cannula is best to use to get as much fat as possible?
