I noticed that my eyelids are different from each other. Although it's not very noticeable in person, it is in photos. My right eyelid seems to be more open and looks like it has a double crease? While the left side is less open. Also my vision has become blurrier on the left side while the right side is crystal clear. What can I do to correct this problem? Thank you.

Usually swelling is gone or nearly gone in 3-4 weeks. You should be able to stop elevating your head now; it's probably not doing any good by this time. Warm compresses may be helpful.
