Re-excision for indented scar after initial ice pick scar punch excision? No results with co2 laser (Photos)

Asked By:longshot03 in Wyoming, WY

The vertical indented scar on the bridge of my nose resulted after an attempt at ice pick scar punch excision and closure. This scar is much worse than the small icepick scar. I had this performed with a board verified plastic surgeon. It has been 6 months and I have undergone 5 microneedling sessions and one co2 laser session with zero improvement. Should I consider re-excision?? Is there a high chance of worse scarring?
