I am 57 and have been told my eyes are in great shape for my age. I currently wear a -7.0 Toric lens in my right eye for far vision and a -5.5 in my left eye for near vision. It is a monovision treatment my optometrist has worked out for my combination myopia and presyopia. It works great.

The quality of vision you describe is likely due to either a power miscalculation or an astigmatism axis issue from your toric implant. If the axis of your ICL is misplaced it can result in blurry vision. Likewise, if the power of the ICL is off it could leave vision poorly corrected as well....
There can be corneal edema, dry eyes, or likely the lens is out of position or the the power is off. The most appropriate person to figure this out is your surgeon. If it is the correct power but the lens is out of position, it can often be rotated and the vision will improve....
