Will I look thin 5 days after SmartLipo?

I'm 19, 130 lbs and 5'2" . I'm having Smart Lipo done on my outer/inner thighs, hips, knees, love handles, and back. I plan to start working within a week or so after my surgery, although I'd like to know, will I see a drastic difference after 5 days to a week? Like drop 2 sizes? Or will I still look the same and only see results after a months or so? I really hope I'll see a difference as I'd like to look slimmer for my new job. Please let me know. Thanks!

I'm going on a cruise a few weeks after the procedure, so i hope to look somewhat decent by then. Also, from those pictures of the girl above, she does NOT look like she needs lipo, she has an amazing body as far as i am concerned!
