I know the basics; no multi-vitamin, no fish oil. My dermatologist just said to be safe don't take anything, but this is not good enough for me. Can I get botox injections? Filler? I am assuming no. Can I take Garlic and Turmeric for my circulation? Selenium? Iron? Zinc? Oxi-Elite?

You can stop the medication. But I would tell you that you need to make sure you are eating a big meal when you take isotretinoin. If you aren't doing that, it's not being absorbed properly.
You need to consult your dermatologist and possibly a neurologist. Seizures are noted as a side effect of Accutane, but they are also noted as a side effect of things like Advil and Tylenol. So, it's hard to say if it was the Accutane, or maybe the heat, drinking, other substances?, weird...
