How Much Do Butt Implants Cost?

Cost can vary from region to region but typically cost somewhere between 6000-12000 dollars depending on if the physician has their own operating room. In our practice we charge 6500$ to have the procedure performed and this is an all inclusive price. At times patients will add liposuction and then want the additional fat transferred to the buttock. If this is the case there is only a small charge for the liposuction and then the fat transfer is free of charge.

My patients often receive a combination of butt implants
and fat transfer. The implants are used
for projection and overall volume of the butt.
However the fat transfer allows me to sculpt the abdomen and waist to
give patients more of an hourglass figure.
The fat that is harvested during the liposculpting can be transferred to
the hip and lateral butt area to improve the shape of the butt and soften the
implant slightly.

The combination of fat and implants can give patients a
dramatic transformation!

I would not let cost be your only factor in deciding on who
should perform your butt augmentation.
Make sure that you go to a board certified plastic surgeon that performs
a high volume of butt augmentation surgeries.
You also want to make sure that your surgeries are being performed at an
accredited surgery center.

The cost can vary widely dependent upon region and surgeon experience/technique.  It is usually more costly to have the implants placed under or within the gluteus maximus muscle because it is a more technically demanding operation.  However, this techniques tends to produce the best long lasting results as far as look, feel , and stability of the position of the implant.  In my practice the typical fee for buttock implants is $8500.  About 30% of patients also benefit from liposuction of either the love handles &/or outer thighs but for an additional cost.  Best of luck...RAS

I believe the cost of a butt implant is dependent on 3 things:The credentials of the surgery center & anesthesia
If Liposuction of the flanks and saddle area are needed
The type of Implant



Let’s look at each on these topics.A highly credentialed surgery center has a higher cost. Quality control and SAFETY control have costs. If you cut these costs, you cut both quality and safety control.
I typically like to perform liposuction at the time of implant placement. I think that this helps to further sculpt an hour glass figure. Liposuction takes time and it is an additional procedure. Therefore, liposuction adds cost to the procedure.
There are different types, styles, and manufacturers of butt implants. Similar to most things in life, the “nicer” products typically cost more money.
