1 month after a breast reduction, is it normal for the surgeon to have to keep going in to cut out dead tissue and dead skin?

If you upload your photos , I can do better evaluation. You can talk with your plastic surgeon about the causes of healing problem and your healing process.

There are many risk factors for wound healing complications; not knowing your history makes it difficult to identify your risk factors. Local wound care is the treatment.
